Sean did a wonderful job explaining the differences between the beds and answered all our questions patiently, politely and knowledgeably.

Our purchase went well. Sean was awesome to work with. They could use another person or 2 to work in the store. But I put that blame on our wonderful government, not the store, since people would rather sit home and earn that free money instead of do the right thing and get a job.

Rodrigo showed me the various choices and helped me narrow down what would be best. He was thorough and very knowledgeable. The whole process of making the selection was about 10 minutes! I went home and thought about it more and called him after a couple of hours. Rodrigo remembered me and what we had discussed and helped me complete the sale over the fun. I couldnt be more pleased with his customer service.

I went there & they had me do the computer bed thing to find the right bed. I have a bad back. They found the bed for me & said it may take weeks to get comfortable as my body adjusted. Well, that never happened. I wake up daily in pain. Time ran out. This bed pushes back on me in every position. I toss & turn. Bottom line..do not trust the computer. This is a farce.

My sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased 2 pillows and cooling covers. I am still waiting for one set but I sleept extremely well with my new pillow. So thank you!!

Sales team was super friendly. But lets get to the bed, no I didnt realize I was purchasing an over priced balloon bed. Yes itsjust a gian malfunctioning ballon that doesnt accurately track sleep.

Sean and his co-workers were such a big help in finding the mattress of our dreams! Honestly, each bed was so comfortable to lie on, it is hard to choose. By finding out our wants and needs, they helped identify what bed would suit us best! They were extremely patient and even let my husband nap a bit! We cant wait for delivery next week.

Our salesperson went above and beyond in helping us, even though we didnt buy that day. We called the following week, made sure he was there and then bought. He told us both pros and cons, which we really respected. You dont find that kind of salesmanship very often. I like honesty and it won him out business! As to the bed - it arrived early! And we love it.

Purchased a bed here, the C4, with an accessory cooling cover. Sean, the salesperson, listened to what I wanted, answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently, and guided me to exactly what I want and need in my home. He did not push me to the most expensive item -- that item, although wonderful, had more features than I cared about. He didnt push me to the cheapest item -- it didnt have all the features I wanted. Instead, he helped me find the best choice for ME -- not the best choice for him. Changed my opinion of what a good salesperson can be! I compared the store to the Build-a-Bear concept. I really did get to build my own features in a mattress. Cant wait to test it out at home!

Bought a bed from this store in June. One side has popped. Just a giant, delfated hole on one side. Called Sleep Number customer service, not open on Sundays. Called this store for help, havent heard back. Cool, Ill sleep on the floor and start the return process soon as I can talk to a person.

We had a great time picking out our sleep number bed. Our salesperson, Chelsea, took so much time to find the right settings and type of bed we need. Chelsea had us flip flopping into every sleep position we could think of, on every type of bed Sleep Number had. Then here comes Sean, who took apart the beds, showed off the bones of the beds, reassuring us that our cats wouldnt be able to get inside and ruin the bed. Both Chelsea and Sean were so knowledgeable on all the beds, sheets and pillows and reassured us that they would keep in touch to make sure we remain happy with our new and very yummy bed!!We had heard a lot about Sleep Number beds and are so glad we took the time to investigate.Thank you, Chelsea and Sean!!!Regards Sandy & David Engstrand

The store was fine and the employees were too. But you should wait until after my new bed is delivered to ask for a review, I will not be giving another, unless the delivery and set up has a problem.

Return policy needs to be questioned.....be forewarned.

They need more staff I got there 2hrs after opening in the rain to a 30 min wait because they were on break a waste of gas and time.
