The staff was very helpful with my needs, I was short in time, and it was late for Mothers day. The young lady at the register was able to put something together for me. I had to work today so I fill for your staff it makes me very grateful to get that kind of service. Thank you.

Love party planning. However, this store seems to always be short staffed. Hopefully they will read this and hire more people to assist with questions and check out more efficiently.

Prices are a bit high on some items but they have the best Ballon selection in my opinion.Service is a bit subpar, but not the worst.

Ordered online when I went to pick up balloons they had substituted certain balloons with balloons that had no reason to be together when I asked for balloons that at least matched I was met with rude sarcasm. Balloons werent in bouquets that I had ordered. They also told me that they didnt have things in my order when I brought up replacements as I waited for them to fix their mistakes I was told Id have to wait in line again to pay for the items. Very rude poor customer service. Online ordering is supposed to make things simple and quick.

The registers were fast and they keep updated on upcoming events. I was looking for just graduation cards but I came out with graduation stickers and posters!

Great place to get balloon bouquets and party supplies. They have a large selection of costumes and seasonal holiday decorations.

I was disappointed they dont have all their Halloween stuff up yet but I guess in a little early as that was the same every party/Halloween store I went to 😂 Really big store and friendly staff too!

Ive been coming here on and off for years. Prices seem a little high sometimes, but when you want to do all your shopping for a party in one location, they definitely have everything you will need plus more. Its also a nice place to visit on a hot day if youre in the area, AC is amazing.

Very very UN orginize when it comes to ordering stuff online then picking it up at there store I did just that and hood thing I looked in my bag before I left are i would of paid 38.00 dollars for only two I teams that they had and that I order so basicly with out letting me know none but two things that was order wasnt available for pick up it was just so bad exsperiance with them

Getting ready for my Sons 9th birthday party

Surprised with how quickly the line went seeing as we were there on New Years Eve. We were lucky since I could get in line right away and my wife could actually walk around and do the shopping. Last minute New Years shopping, but they had all we needed to celebrate at home with the kids.

If I could, I wouldnt give this any stars. On August 11th 2020, I called a bit before 6 pm, and asked how much a bag of the Wilton Candy melts cost. I was on hold for almost 6 minutes, I almost hung up. That was my first problem. When that person finally got back on the phone, she tells me that they are $9 a bag. Really? Everyone else sells that product between $2- $3 I got on the party city website, and I see it there for $3.49. I dont care how conveniently close this store at the Esplanade is to me, I will NOT ever shop here, and will go elsewhere for what I need. This employee needs to be seriously counseled regarding this.

I tried hard to get help with balloons. The staff acted put out. It was difficult to figure out their pricing. After finally figuring it out the person behind the balloon counter felt it was more important to scan products than help customers. He told me I had to wait. After waiting about 5 mins. I gave up and left.... never to return to this store!! Terrible staff!

Some items can be over priced, but they do have pretty much everything you need to have a well coordinated any theme preseason party. The staff here is usually pretty friendly and helpful.

I always order balloons from them and they are always late and their orders are always behind. Never come here on a weekend for same day balloon order you will wait for at least 45 min. I will say the staff is nice but young and inexperienced

I went to this location to grab a couple of party supplies and a costume for halloween. After standing in line for almost ten minutes because the line was barely moving, we finally got to the front of the line, and our order couldn’t be completed because we had to wait for someone to get the costume I wanted. After I told the cashier that no one was near the costume wall for me to request a costume, a gentleman behind the counter insisted one of his coworkers was back there as if I was lying. After waiting ten more minutes and standing to the side (as I was instructed by the cashier to do) as more people got checked out, no one ever came with the costume, so I ended up leaving. I was very disappointed with my visit, and will not patronize this location again because of the nonchalant customer service.

They have good party favors but their staff could be nicer

Its a great store, however they just didnt have the items I was searching for. We are having a minecraft themed party and what party city offered was kind of a knock off product. All good though over all great store.

Lots of fun stuff here. I always find something either for my kid or for photo shoots. Just be expecting crowds and busy store when its a holiday time frame.

My wife ordered online for party stuff and a balloon order to be picked up the morning of my daughters birthday. The balloon order was set but they had no record of our order (in which we already paid for online). I gave them the order number and they said we already picked it up. Obviously we didnt pick it up because we were there TO pick it up. Long story short they said they couldnt help me because their system is fool proof. I had to pick the items out myself and pay again for them. I had to dispute the charge with my bank in order to get my money back.

Party city is helpful and fun, they help you get ready for birthday parties, graduation etc.

Not a large selection. I wanted to get some decorations for my sisters birthday. Very little selection. I couldnt find what I was looking for. When I went to the front to ask them if they carry some things I saw on line. They looked it up. They didnt carry anything I saw on line. When I asked if there was another location near by that carries any of the items, the lady that was helping me started getting an attitude. She was really rude. Told me I have other customers to help not only you. Bottom line you wont catch me here.

Sign outside said Halloween items 75% off. Only small stuff. Same with their 50% off items. Larger items were not discounted at all. It was a waste of time going in there. Bought nothing.

As others have stated in their reviews, this party city is relatively small and does not have as many items available for purchase as their website does. The items that they do have in stock are more of the generic and/or popular characters only, so its hard to purchase items for a theme specific party if it is not from one of these popular characters or generic. You can purchase balloons from here and get them filled with helium for free, or purchase balloons and get them filled here for a charge. During Halloween season, the majority of the store becomes Halloween Headquarters and half the store is reserved for Halloween related items and costumes.

They dont post when they ran out of HELIUM. This is the second time it happens to me. So bought the balloons and had to pay $9 additional per ballon to inflate them at a separate place. Why even go to Party City if they dont have the full service!

A couple of the workers were very rude. They needed to call for another checker as the line was very long and at least three people ahead of us had returns. They should use a different register for that.

I hate to say it but theres nothing here that you cant get from Amazon everything here is overpriced and the helium filled prices are just outrageous (I heard there is a shortage of helium). But if you put yourself in a pinch and procrastinated they do have a huge variety of things for every party theme.
