I went in for a general service and it was super easy and quick. JC Caudillo assisted me and he was very friendly and made sure that everything went smoothly with my transactions. I suggest you go to him with any of your Toyota needs. :)

Routine maintanence was done quickly. Called me to say it was finished before their shuttle has gotten me to my destination.

Jasmine is the best! Always professional no matter what. She also has some pretty good suggestions for good eating spots.

Cesar helped me out today. I had gotten a service previously where they replaced my cabin filter but for some reason, my air conditioner made a loud noise whenever I turned it on. Cesar was able to pin point the problem (napkin stuck in the compartment) and was able to fix it by just removing it. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Thank you so much Cesar for being so professional and efficient!!

We had a great experience here. They kept us informed about our vehicles repairs from beginning to end. All staff were professional and easy to talk to.

I usually dont leave bad ratings but coming to this place with maintenance light willing to pay 300 bucks for maintenance 🤢 and being falsely told I have a severe leak which needs to be fixed for only $1300. Very bad strategy. My car was just fine. Never again

After a service they forgot to reset the dashboard reminder to turn off the service needed indicator. It was a quick fix but a hassle to find time to come back in.😞

I just need a new tire. Arrived at 2pm its now 4:30. Went to front desk to ask if it will be done soon Ive been here for almost 3 hours. She said no, its only been an 1 1/2 hours.... she called the shop and they havent even started on my vehicle. Wow. Terrible customer service! I understand things can take awhile with mechanics but this is insane. Im still waiting to get my vehicle........ not impressed what so ever

Jasmine was so helpful and professional. She spent extra effort to find verify my vehicle was under warranty and got the car fixed quickly and at no cost to me.
