I have a Volvo 240 that had a blown rear main seal leaking oil. I love this car so I took it to this shop to get checked out and repaired. In only 2 days time they had my transmission down, seal replaced, and car working perfectly. I am very impressed at the quality of workmanship and customer service. Been going here for about 3 years. When I first got my bmw I had trouble finding a good mechanic. I went to a couple different shops but didnt get any service nearly as good as I got here. Not only did they let me know what was wrong with my car, but what caused it and how I would be able to fix it the easy way or the right way. Pasquale and the other mechanics have been friendly and reliable from day one. Ive referred plenty of people to them because of there knowledge and service.

Wilhelm and his son do amazing, high quality work. I had a 1984 Mercedes 300d that they took excellent care of. Before I found them, I went to other Mercedes mechanics in Ventura who were just awful. Dont take your Mercedes anywhere else but to International Auto.

Wilhelm is adorable and so smart!! Hes been working on my car for years. He is trustworthy!! When he first started working on my car, I asked my dad (a retired mechanic) to check out his work when I went home for Christmas. He said that it was perfect and it was cheaper than he wouldve expected. Love you Wilhelm!! Youre the best!!

Ive been going to Wilhelm for YEARS. Ive brought probably 7 different German vehicles into his shop. He and Irma (his sweet wife) are wonderful. You genuinely wont find better for your European auto.

We have been using International Auto, for easily over a decade! Wilhelm and Pasquale have been such a great team and have helped us with not only international cars, but even our American made cars. We have also purchased from them, my first car, a Volvo 240 that someone signed over to them. Then when I got in a car accident, 10 years later, I took the Volvo to them, so that they could use her for parts etc. It is comforting to know that this mechanic looks after the cars they work on, even after their life spans. I was also lucky enough to purchase an Audi A4, from them that same day, also signed off to them. This mechanic shop has meant a lot to me and my family. I glad to see it continue and be kept busy.

I took my BMW here. The guy who worked on it is from Germany. He has a strong accent. Repaired everything great, now my car runs real good! When I brought it in, I was expecting a big repair bill. He could’ve charged me anything cuz I had no idea what was wrong. Haha 😂 He found out that it was just a vacuum leak! I was out of there for much less then I was thinking.

Called in and asked for quote, the guy I spoke to acted as if I was speaking a foreign language when I asked about a simple change that would require a certified technician about an hour and a half to complete. I need to change out my charge pipes on my BMW. He then proceeded to hang up on me. I’m from Chicago we don’t do business like this where I’m from!!! If you don’t know how to work on a specific car don’t claim you can.

Ive never had a mechanic that I would claim as my mechanic but that all changed after my experience with International Auto Repair.1) they wont bs you2) they will take your car when its convenient for you ( unlike dealerships)3) they wont overcharge you4) they arent satisfied until you are5) based on 1-4 why would u need to go anywhere else?

Literally was supposed to come in with my car and was to get a full inspection and then later on my whole suspension plus the axel fell off almost died in the sp hills becouse of it !!!!! Overpriced for no good work at all
