Nacho is a pro and a kind man - I had an issue with my cars coolant level past Sunday - errors started popping out. He started out with a good advice and a few options to proceed with. I am so happy I found Nacho at Aris Garage to work on my cars. He is THE best! He just repaired my daughters car for less than half of what Pep Boys quoted. He not only repaired the problem with our struts, but found new rims for our tires to make it look nicer and brought it back to us sparkling clean, inside and out. Ari’s Garage is awesome; I moved to Oxnard 3 months ago and needed to find a mechanic since my car was running rough. First I went to a different mechanic who tried to rip me off by giving me a ridiculous high estimate. So I went back home and did my research and found Ari’s Garage and Nacho who is the mechanic was able to fix the issues with my car for an excellent price. My car runs smooth now and I am very satisfied with the outcome. I just had a major surgery done and in recovery, but a few days ago my battery on my car died and Nacho came to my rescue; started it and went to also check the battery to see if there was a warranty on it. He went out of his way to help me out even do it was late Friday evening and moist likely tired from the long drive from Oxnard, but that didnt matter he came here first before going home. My husband needed the front struts changed on his 2010 Nissan Sentra. His regular go to mechanic flaked on him. So I called around. I came across this garage and gave them a call. What we liked was that he was available on Saturday morning to work on the car.The owner is very nice he gave us a really good deal on the repair. Definitely recommend this shop!! Do not let the appearance fool you!!!P.S. I will go back for more repairs plus he gives you warranty on his work.

I had my alternator changed by nacho... After maybe like 5 months my car started dying so i couldnt of been the alternator because its new... Well it was and i couldnt find my receipt so now i gotta pay for them to replace my alternator and a new battery... I think if i got my work done by nacho it shouldnt matter if i have my receipt or not he should have a copy of it if his so professional over all i think you should go to Dagos auto repair it down st from them and he diagnosis a car for free his a very honest and trustworthy person... His charging me half of what i paid with his guy.....👊✌

Nachos a nice guy who does very good work at a great price. I brought my Rav4 in last month for a shock, strut and front break job and it has been running great since. I would bring my car back anytime and will recommend my friends. Customer oriented, professional service and great work!

My wife and I went to Aris Garage for an oil change and a timing belt change. My wife and I had to go to my Grandsonsgraduation in San Diego, so Nacho said he would have it done by then, which was important because we take a vacation to my wifes sisters place which we did not be able to go to. Hes truly a liar when it comes to it and so I give it 1 star.

What a find Aris is! Our middle-aged Mazda3 developed an odd harshness that defied identification, even from dealer-based experts. Initially it even challenged Nacho at Aris, but he managed to locate the problem and rectify it, all within one day. And for appreciably less than the dealer. HIGHLY recommended.

Nacho Castillo of Aris Garage is the Most Dishonest Mechanic I have ever done business with. I hired him to replace the Gear Oil in my Differentials. He put the Gear Oil in where the Transmission Fluid goes. It ruined the Transmission - and had to be replaced. A $7000 Mistake. He never apologized for His Mistake or Accepted Responsibility - as he should have. Nacho is becoming known as The Mechanics Mechanic in Pine Mountain Club - once hes worked on your car, youll probably have to take it to an Honest Mechanic to be repaired correctly. Nacho made a deal with me to do his yard work in trade for work on my vehicle. At first he said he could take it to Oxnard in one week because he was busy with other clients. I said ok and a month went by. I had to have his friend ask him if he was going to honor the deal. He was sure he could get it to pass smog even though it was deemed a gross poluter. He finally took my vehicle all the way to Oxnard Ca from PMC Ca. a month and a half later from our agreement. Not a one of his smog guys would even look at my vehicle. So after another 2 weeks now being 2 months total he calls and calls and calls me in the middle of an extremely busy day at work where I can not pick up the phone to talk. After I text him him telling him Im too busy He texts and texts and texts me telling me he is going to put my car on the street because he has no room for it on his lot and that I need to pick it up that day. That day it happened to be that I was way too busy and even farther in distance to get to him and I could not speak to him about it but he pressured me and told me he would put my past due registration vehicle on the street and not be responsible for it. I had told him I can pick it up with in the week because I was no where close to him and was stuck at work for the week. This is when I called him out for being unprofessional because he was trying to abandon my vehicle on the street instead of stepping up his game he was simply just rude. I expected him to return my vehicle to me if he is to take it all the way to Oxnard and bring it back to me if he could not fix it. He made the excuse that it was stalling out and that he was to afraid to have an employe drive it back for me. So then I After a day of driving a friend out to pick it up it starts up and drives all the way back with no problems at all. So all in all it cost me more to let him take my vehicle to his shop in time and money than he was worth. I did not appreciate his service at all. I know of times he has promised others he could fix vehicles not having a clue of what hes doing with those vehicles costing those people more money in the long run. My suggestions to anyone who wants to barter work is to follow through with your agreement even if you didnt want $700 of yard work just honor your agreement especially when your going to cost that person $400 just for you to take the car far away from where they live to pick it up not fixed. So after 2 months and nothing fixed Im out $400 my time and an added headache to my life. So just fix the car and figure out the rest of the work you want in trade if your going to barter. So everyone knows I thought long and hard about why I am upset with him before I wrote this review of his work. I am solid about how I feel and dont expect an honorable reaction from Nacho after writing about this. I know others wont speak to him about his performance because they fear he may be retaliatory in his behavior but Im dont operate with fear and ask for him to step up to the plate for his clientele in his businesss future. My experience was a complete waste of time and money. Also understand Nacho complained about me in this deal to mutual friends so Im complaining about him now to future customers so that they can be safe in doing business. Peace, love and light to all.

My check engine light was on and was asking for my oxygen sensor. I order the part online. The part came in and was looking for a great machanic that knows what he is doing and gets the job done. I went on google to see which machanic would be a great fit! So i saw great rivews on aris garage. I called the shop and nacho answered and i asked if he would work on my car, so he asked what kind of car i had abd what year it was, and he said he would work on it. I arrived at his shop and let me tell you he did the job and gave me a great prize! He is a respectful man and a excelent machanic! I will come here agin for sure!

Recently, we were considering rebuilding engine in our Prius, but thanks to Nacho’s knowledge of that particular model and its problem, we decided not to do it.
