The employees really came through with theire customer service. They conducted the research required to ensure we were getting the correct hard to find part. Even lucky enough that they had it in stock.

I needed a new battery for my 2013 Nissan Altima and was really happy that I checked here after going down the street. They had the same battery for $40 less than autozone and I didn’t have to wait in a long line. It was also nice to see that everyone in there was wearing a mask. Was in and out in 5 minutes.

I have been going to Napa for 10 years and on the weekends the staff work hard to help us with what we need in stuff. I call ahead and see if they have my parts I need to fix my car and when they don’t have it they can order it for the next day

Great place. Was a little bit out of the way for me but worth it with a great selection and fair prices. Store was clean and well organized.

Poor inventory assortment and very rude to customers.

The store stays and always looks dirty. Never have anything of use, it takes about 2 to 3 days to have it available. Id say a majority of employees dont bother to help.

Never have anything I need... never! Always out of stock on alot of simple stuff. Not my first choice. The guys at the desk are friendly though I give that to the place.

Just called this morning to check availability on rotors and pads for my Mazda. Probably one of the rudest people I have ever had a phone conversation with. No problem, I will never shop there. Good luck with the miserable attitude my friend, youll go far in life.

They always are helpful and can get whatever you need if not stocked fast.

If they do not stock an item, they will get it for you. The quality is very good as it should be.

The only reason why I gave them a star is that its close to my house. The customer service is terrible. With this type of service I dont believe making a profit is on their agenda. Id rather make the trek to Ventura or the Camarillo NAPA.

Went to Napa to purchase fuel cap, as their website said they were $2 less than AutoZone... I got there 4 minutes before closing, however they decided to close early. Lights were still on and three employees sitting at front desk, wouldnt let me in. Went following day only for them to tell me they didnt have the fuel cap in stock which they website said they did. Feel like I wasted my time and should have just went to AutoZone.

Ordered the part online, was ready when I got there. Store a little rough around the edges, but the guy was nice

I ordered a couple parts online and three minutes later had someone from the store call to verify that I had ordered the parts and was actually going to be purchasing them before the had them driven over from another store. From what I could understand from his broken English he said that it would be there in two days. When I went in two days later they neither had the parts nor had they ordered them. They said I would have to pay for them ahead of time and then come back in another two days to pick them up. Not only that, but it would be extra for them to get them from their other store. I decided to just order the parts online. Every other state I have lived in that Ive bought parts from Napa, they will get the parts from another store same day and dont charge extra.

Worst customerservice ever!!!!!!! They dont care about you, your time or what you are working on. They dont care about customers peroid.
