Best place in tares in mechanic

Worst customer service ever he installed tire lettering on my tires and most of the letters fell of due faulty installation. I went back and his son claimed it wasnt the first time it happened however manny said I was the first and that I must of took them off myself. I asked him to fix them and he said it wasnt his problem and left it that way. Never going back
