They do work on my vehicles and there customer service is outstanding. Plus they deliver your vehicle washed and cleaned inside and out. I highly recommend this auto body shop!

It is hard to find a good trustworthy and quality auto shop but they are here. Gary the owner does a great job and all the staff are quite friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it!

Techs and painters do good quality work. They keep you up to date with how the repairs are going. The detailers do a great job of cleaning up your car before delivery too. If you need a rental they make it easy. Enterprise can come pick you up at the shop.

I had some front end damage and came in for a quote. They were able to take out 99% of the paint transfer and it looks almost new! I asked how much and wasnt charged! Plus it only took 5 minutes! If I need more work in the future, I will defiantly be coming here. Thanks!

I chose Superior Collision Center due to a recommendation, before going there I still researched as much as I could and read the reviews. Like me, people usually review if theyre really happy or vey unhappy with a product or service. Im glad to say that these folks are really good at what they do. From the moment I walked through the door I was kept informed about every aspect of the repair on my mid life crisis (a 2008 Jaguar XK). The attention to detail, including letting me know tactfully, that the car had been badly repaired before and showing me the proof to back up the statement, was greatly appreciated. Because I showed an interest, I was given a tour of the facility, as I wanted to see how things were done with regard to welding, straitening and basic prep work. They do not take any shortcuts. Are they the cheapest? Nope. Nor are they the most expensive. You get what you pay for. You may think I got this kind of treatment because Im fortunate to have a higher end vehicle? This thought occurred to me also and I want to be treated the same as every one else. I love to watch /observe people. Twice while at the facility I got to see how they treat other customers. Customers of both genders came in and were treated with the same level of service and upfront information as I was. When the customers walked out of the office I could see the same sense of satisfaction that I felt. Would I recommend Superior, absolutely without reservation. My ride looks beautiful once again!

Wow. I am blown away by the professionalism and quality of repair. My Mazda 3 got sideswiped and insurance was kind enough to agree it needed some TLC. I took it to Fix (aka: Superior - name change recently I guess) and had them take care of the mostly paint damage to the driver side doors and rear quarter and driver mirror. The staff was very kind, helpful and patient. If I had a question, and they didnt know the answer, they got back to me immediately with an answer.I also had them do some re-paint for me on the passenger mirror and rear spoiler that the OEM clear coat was peeling due to age. The price for re-paint was lower than I expected. They did a phenomenal job and only had a minor delay due to backorder on the replacement driver mirror, which they proactively called me about ahead of time so I wasnt left wondering why my car wasnt ready.I am super OCD about my cars and I was worried that the paint wouldnt match and they would cut corners in blending. They did it like it should be done, the paint match is really good and they painted to the body panel seams from the back seam of the front fender to the back bumper, roofline to sideskirt. I will definitely go back here if and when I need future auto body work.

Service was excellent and my car was done a day early.

Final post:Five Stars. June 23, 2014.The bumper looks beautiful and it matches the rest of the paint that was done on the drivers side a month ago. I am very happy with the customer service and the quality of the work. I would definitely recommend Superior Collision Center! Excellent job!!! They truly understand customer service.Updated post:Three Stars. June 14, 2014.I talked with the manager a few weeks ago after the owner posted his reply to my review (see below). The manager was is a very nice guy and was very professional as we discussed my expectations and concerns. He discussed, at length, the paint and blending process and the particular problems with blending on my MX-5 with the previous paint job that it had before I bought it. He was very patient with me despite my unfavorable review. He offered to have the front bumper painted to match the rest of the vehicle at a significant cost reduction. I am in the process of having it done at this time and will update the post based on the results.Original post:Two Stars. May 22, 2014.My 2006 Mazda MX-5 was backed into while parked. The damage was located on the drivers-side front fender and a small nick on the drivers-side door. When I dropped off the car, the service manager discussed what would be done and ensured that the finished product would meet my expectations. He specifically went over the body parts that would be replaced and the areas of the body that would get repainted and blended so the difference between the old and new paint wouldnt be apparent. The car was completed three days later than the initial estimate. Here is a rundown on the goods and bads:Goods: The body-work that was done was spot on. Flawless. I could tell that new parts were installed and done correctly. In addition, they also buffed out some scratching of the clear coat on the trunk that was there before the accident. Customer service was professional.Bads: The blending of the grey metallic paint was completely not what I expected. The blending of the paint across the hood and rear fender where done so poorly that there is now a significant color difference between the bumpers and the entire drivers side of the vehicle. When I expressed concern to the service manager he initially claimed that it was only the difference between the plastic and metal material. Later he claimed that it couldnt be matched because the car was previously painted poorly. I requested another quote from the service manager to restore the car to my satisfaction but was never provided one.In summary: I feel that the paint department could have done a better job of blending the paint from new to old so that the difference was not as discernable. When I expressed the concern, I felt the service department offered only excuses.
