This place WAS a great asset to the all the custom vehicle builders, hobbyists, do-it-yourself-ers, restorers and the general public. After being sold down the river to Motor City, they make it clear they want nothing to do with that business anymore. All they want is commercial customers.No more custom fasteners, and stupid policies like you have to buy a full box of what you want. I think they have since closed the showroom too.

Used to be a great place. Closed to the public now makes it useless

This USED to be an amazing buiness..Since being bought out by motor city industrial, they no longer care about the public or common man anymore. Very sad.Come in looking to spend what would normally be 10-15$, was told I would need to spend 4x that to get what I asked for. They clearly only care about money.Congrats Quality Fastener, youve lost a lifelong customer.

They closed the store to non-commercial customers. How sad.

They had so idea what the actual price was so they charged me $2 more than actual price per bolt. Plus they changed the price 3 times in front of me. I guess that just doesnt make sense to me.

Great selection and prices and no one even looked twice when I rode up on my horse.
