Go in to get a part for tractor lady at the front can’t find it in the system four different employees standing around talking about hunting and other stuff instead of helping the one person trying to help me get what I need. I thought they were known for better service than that

Great customer service! They had every part we needed for 2 different John Deere mowers. We enjoyed the nice drive. Its a long way from Trussville but worth it.

Awful customer service! They do not keep you updated about your repair, and dont keep you updated as promised. We dropped off our gator for service and repair 11/8. Told it would be ready 11/12 or 11/13. Hubby called 11/13 and was told a part needed to be ordered, and it wouldnt be ready until 11/15. Hubby called 11/15, and was told it wouldnt be ready until 11/18. It is now 11/19, and because hubby didnt call yesterday, we have no idea of the status of our gator.Paragraph below was added after reading Response from the owner:Yes, someone did reach out this morning -- my husband who called yet again. Someone at Ag Pro did call -- but it wasnt until late afternoon.

60,000 tractor the air conditioning has never worked. They want us to pay to have it sent back. I would think they would care more about their customers who spend that kind of money. Would understand if it was something we broke but it was sold to us like that. Disappointing experience.

I can only speak to their Stihl products and service. They stay well stocked and are helpful when I come in for maintenance items or consumables for my Stihl chainsaw and weed eater.

Went there yesterday, 10/16/2015 needing a cable for my mower. The Nan that waited on me was as friendly as friendly gets. I told him everything i needed including a primer pump for my weed eater that he said he had. He then got what I thought was everything I had asked for and told me what i owed, however there was no primer bulb included and the cable I needed was wrong. When I got home i noticed what was missing and that the cable was wrong. I called to make sure that they would be there until 5 pm being that it was 430 at this time. When I got back at around 445 they where already closing the gate and the store. I explained that the cable was wrong and would not work on my mower however he said that that was the cable even though he pulled the one out of the trash that I had brought with me on the first visit. It being almost 5 pm he could have cared less what I said at that point. As of now as for as I am concerned the service at Snead Ag is the worst there is.

We buy from here all the time . The staff is always helpful .
