Fast and friendly staff very nice and helpful.

Todays visit was pleasant. I was in and out in no time. The associate was nice and helpful from the time I walked in until I left. This was the first visit in a while that I got this kind of service at this store.

Didnt like the attitude of the workers

I went in and asked where their section of running shoes was. The lady showed me and then I asked her which ones were motion controlled. She had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. She asked the 2 guys that were working with her, one being a manager, and all I got was blank stares. No clue what I was talking about. At least Google it or something! U work in a sneaker store and u know nothing! Needless to say I went to Hibbets and got the best help ever!

Never ever have my shoe size in the shoes I am interested in... Im only a womens 8.5 in most and a 9 in nike... not like I have a significantly larger foot needing an uncommonly sought after shoe size lol.

Joi, the new manager is very rude. Honestly the rudest manager I’ve seen in Quintard Mall. I was trying to get assistance with redeeming my code for my Jordan’s through the FootLocker app and she refused to help or assist me. She also was very rude and disrespectful to her rep Jacob who was only trying to help. MAKE JACOB THE STORE MANAGER..GO SHOP WITH HIM..FL CAN SEND JOI BACK TO HER PREVIOUS STORE!!
