I had such a good experience! Such a friendly and helpful family owned shop right in town. They took care of everything I needed and were honest and genuine. This is where I’ll be taking my business from now on having just moved to town.

I took my car to Bonnette’s and got an estimate yesterday. As a woman alone I have found it difficult to find a good place for repairs at a good and fair price. My neighbor recommended Bonnette’s and I am totally happy with everything. I didn’t have to leave the car for days, wondering when the work would be done. After the estimate they repaired the car the very next day. AND the price was true to the estimate. Bonnette’s is the place I will go from now on, knowing I will get quality service and fair prices . I have a BMW that needed service and this station is in my neighborhood. I stopped in unannounced and I was greeted very politely and professionally. I was able to make an appointment the next day for a tune-up and it was done in a timely manner. The price for the service seem to be fair and this will be the first of many visits. I would highly recommend this station.

Weve been using Bonnettes for years. We relocated almost two years ago and will still go out of our way to take our vehicles to them. The only time we go elsewhere is if the car cant make it to them for some reason. They are honest and have never once tried to milk us for money like other shops.

My father has been my mechanic since I started driving however, he is unable to take on those tasks for me any more.I was super skeptical as my first attempt was with Prime Ford and that was a complete disaster.I decided to try Bonnettes simply because they are local.I was absolutely BLOWN away at the level of service I received. Went for an inspection sticker on my 2 year old car. Waited 15 minutes to find out it was rejected. Why? The Front plate was defective as it did not have enough “reflective” white on it. Really???? Not something they could have seen right away and let me know? If I went back to them after going to the registry and getting new license plates - they would inspect for free. My license clearly was out of town. What the chance of me returning? My mistake.!

Went to Bonnettes to have my car repaired regularly, no problems. One Saturday I went for a car inspection, I went inside and said they would get to me after they were done the car before me. That car finished and left and no one came out to get me. I went inside after having been waiting for 45 minutes and was told the machine was shut down and they wouldnt take me because it was too close to closing time. I told them if they didnt take me I would never step foot in their garage again...and I havent.

No good! Ive been going to this place almost 2 years. now I wonder if half the stuff done actually got done. I went to get work done an oil change alignment sticker then they call me recommending I get my breaks done I said no There are only a month old.then they want me to replace my rear tires. I said no There about six months old. Then they call me back saying my oil cap was broke and leaking.no evidence that is true I park in the same place daily never any fluids under my car. I went from $130 to $480..... For a while I actually believed this was a good place I was wrong

Went in to get an inspection sticker, not even 10 minutes later came out to tell me a failed for a bad E brake, went down the street and the other shop passed me right away.... shady people here.
