Very friendly staff took care of me waited on me with no problem knew the assisted manager go back next time

Walmart is fairly self-explanatory. They have pretty much everything.

All you mom on my page that shop at the Owosso Walmart do not I repeat DO NOT buy formula from there!!! I just bought this can of formula on the 21st @ 12:41pm and I just went to open it to use it and I took of the plastic lid to find this it’s already opened I called the store to see about exchanging it for a new canned that has not already been opened in their store and they refuse to exchange the open can for a non-open canned. The lady from costumer service told me that I’ll just have to either take the chance and feed it to my 4month old son or throw it out and waste a whole can knowing it’s a almost $40 can of formula

Walmart is always good. Lots of choices to pick from, this location was clean. The reason I did 4 and not 5 is because of the lack of customer care. I couldnt find an employee to save my life to ask just a couple questions in the pet section or the clothing section. Had to let myself in the dressing room standing there for 15min ringing their bell. The ones working at the registers clearly arent happy working there. But the store itself it good, need customer care training.

As Walmarts go this is one of the better ones.

This is a super clean store. Well-stocked! I was here earlier in the morning on a Saturday, and that is the time to shop!

Well its not the people who are bad its the scheduling how thin they have these poor souls stretched. So service is a slower but if you have patience it is a decent experience. But please know these are people, the coaches cant always come help either. If you have worked retail you know how hard it is. Treat them fairly dont make them go to the back hurting or worse. Its local so they are local . Please be kind

BIIIIG store! LOL. I was there early the AM. Nicely stocked shelves. Clean shiny floors. Bathrooms that smelled floral. Pretty good store.

This was the first time I was ever in the store where multiple different employees were arguing with each other. I noticed what seemed to be senior either management or something on that lines are you with some younger workers who are like they dont care when they got to work things like that.The older gentleman that was standing by me when we heard one of them said I bet you if there was young people in here they would be videotaping this and be one more notch to make fun of Walmart workers.

Store was clean and well organized. Check out lines werent bad. Friendly staff.

Hard to get any help. Walked all around the store looking for an item. Only saw one employee. Tried to ask direction and she walked away. Went to a counter and rang bell. No answer. Finally went to jewerly counter and asked for direction. This person was very helpful and walked with me to the correct aisle only to inform me that they were sold out of the item I was after. Back to online shopping.

I found the lady who waited on us, uninformed about the product and she was very put out to help me. I was thinking of purchasing a ipad, she said they didnt have any and didnt know when they were getting any more. I have been a Walmart shopper for years, this is the first time I was treated like an inconvenience.

This Walmart was okay. Ive been in bigger, nicer and cleaner ones. They do however have everything you need. As we didnt try Im not sure if they allow RV overnight parking it appeared they do not. Only when you get four or five stars is if you allow overnight RV parking.

Friendly employees, but sometimes it’s a little slow - I wouldn’t say due to employees, but the scheduling. Definitely one of the cleaner Walmart’s I’ve been to. For some reason it’s always super hot in here though. I try to get in and out as quick as possible due to how uncomfortable it can be and I know I’m not the only one who thinks this.

Love this place. I have lived all over the United States and this is the cleanest and friendliest Walmart ever. Staff is great.

The friendliness of the staff is hit and miss with the balance more towards miss. The real bad ones are the ones that will be staring at you with the look of rage and malicious thoughts and they dont care what you think while their eyes are intentionally letting you know that you are a nuisance and shouldnt be there interrupting them when they work in customer service

I dont buy alot from Walmart but what I do I get a good deal on it .

Way cleaner than the one in Flint twp. Much better selection. If youre in between Walmarts on M21 DEFINITELY go the extra mile too the Owosso Walmart and you will be happy you did.

Store was in beautiful condition. Side counters, end caps, and features were full and straightened (zoned)! Easy check out and no waiting. Restrooms were clean!

Michelle and Caleb in automotive were incredibly helpful and polite. Two employees in jewelry were as well seems like a good crew!!

Walmart has been our go-to place for groceries, hobby supplies, household needs and kids clothing and school stuff. I gave it 4 stars because they don’t carry some of our favorite grocery items and sometimes an aisle is rearranged before they move the signs. But otherwise the store is clean, staff are helpful when I can’t find something, and 98% of the time the checkout lanes have short lines.

They always have what I need at a good price. Most of the cashiers are friendly but the last few times I have been there I have gotten some very rude ones.

They tend to be out of stock on a lot of items that their website/app says are in stock. They tend to be out of stock on a lot of items in general, which is not always covid related as it has been a problem with Wal-Mart for a few years. On the plus side, we have been ordering our groceries online and scheduling a convenient pick-up time and that has gone very well every time. They are fast and efficient with that.

I was in Walmart and needed assistance at the home center and standing there at microwaves for over a half hour and no one in sight to help and still no one to help after assistance was called so experience there not good.

Early morning, quick run in and out, asked an employee where an item was he showed me exactly where it was. He was friendly and kind.

They even have summer clothes displayed. Have a Subway inside. Still have some Easter products.

Pretty much your standard Walmart. Nothing to complain about but its Walmart so theres nothing to brag about either.

I love the Auto Center in Wal-Mart of Owosso. They have drinks you can purchase right in the Auto Center area if you dont want to walk to front of store. Theres inside access to the store for shopping or walking around while car being serviced. I LOVE that there is NO longer any papers to fill out. The gentlemen took my information electronically, which saved a ton of time. There is a wait at times, but considering they get the job done CORRECTLY, without shorting me on the oil like a lot of local companies do, I dont mind the wait. They have a couple benches for waiting, or you can wait outdoors as its not near M-21. They sell batteries, tires, cut keys, etc. I always have a good experience here, and hope that everyone who utilizes their services! They also give you a sticker with barcode (like one in pic) so you can check out at In-Store register should you shop and not want 2 separate transactions!!

Went 2 days ago greater was rood went today waited 20 min for assistance in sporting goods called 3 times no one showed up so left went to front two lanes over didnt get any assistance so they left everything and left place is going down hill fast my start going to meijers in stead

More and more items are not available. Check out employees are often rude and vague. Wont be back to owosso store, will go to Fowlerville store.

Going at 9 p.m. was the best shopping experience at Walmart Ive ever had, parking lot was very empty store was very empty got my stuff and got up no problem !

Thats pretty disappointed to find out today that a gentleman had two dogs locked in his black car one in a kennel with a black looked like felt blanket over top of it when I arrived there were several older individuals standing around the car and they told me what happened I asked if they had told Walmart so Walmart could call this individual that owned this car over the intercom because they said it had been about an hour that they were standing there they informed me at that time that Walmart will not contact the individual over the intercom and in fact Walmart did not contact the individual over the intercom until the police showed up and went and requested that they do pretty disappointed you just wasted that officers time for something that you as a company could have done

This walmart was fairly clean, with serviceable staff, and people wore masks, so overall, decent for a Walmart in mid-michigan

Very nice staff I encountered at this Walmart, place was fairly clean compared to a lot of other Walmart’s I’ve seen. Was able to get in and out taking care of what I needed to quickly, definitely a great hub for almost anything you might need in the greater Owosso area!

Only 1 Check out register was manned at 6:30pm. Of course all the self checkouts were operational. If I wanted a job at Walmart, Id apply for one. I waited for 3 full carts in front of me and counted 8 carts behind me. The service manager was wandering the front of the store with her pop in one hand and her phone in the other. She should have put the stuff down and jumped in on a register. Bad form Walmart, bad form.

If I could give a zero I would. I thought I got good strawberries but they just hide the moldy produce. I bought a pack 2 hours ago and went to cut some up for my kids only to find moldy strawberries.

The food was great, the staff was friendly. I wish there was a little more food. I will be back.

I enjoy going to Walmart but it seems since this pandemic the chai latte that I enjoy is even harder to purchase there. The gentleman that was stocking checked for me and said that product was due in on the 18th. Great I thought. I can wait. Well Nooooo, only 6 boxes of that product is due in.....If Walmart knows they run out each time, why not order more of the product.

They need to stop relying on just electronic money and only having one lane for cash!! Ridiculous!
