We had a stairlift installed at my mothers house and all went well. About the second week on a Monday, the automatic folding rail wasnt properly working. I called the Maryland office who got us in contact with someone who could schedule a service call. Luckily, we were able to get a tech out to look/repair on Tuesday. Luckily the tech was able to see the failure and make repairs. Quick service. Thank you! One question I have is who to call when repairs are needed.

We had a great experience with 101 Mobility. They came right away to do my price estimate; the rep was very knowledgeable and helpful, even making recommendations trying to be cost effective. My ramp was delayed one day but they brought a temporary one for me until the one I ordered arrived. Ive purchased 2 ramps and they show great quality.
