I placed an in-store order for balloons. The day of my pickup, I needed to change the pickup time. I was able to call and easily do so. My order was ready and I was able to pick up the balloons quickly. The balloon bouquet looked great!

Changing the wording of this review since Party City specifically decided to single out employees as the issue in a response to my previous review. My visit there was mostly positive. The negative part was mainly that there was some line confusion, since it was apparently two lines. Im thinking a sign would solve this, rather than putting vague blame on employees during a clearly busy time of year.

Workers didnt know what they were talking about. Had no idea where I could find really anything so I just went up and down aisles looking for it. The only reason it gets a 2nd star is because the balloon selection is one of the best in the area.

Store is usually half stocked and staff never goes up front to cashier despite line of 8 people

Very busy when I was there. Check out took a long time with long lines.

Went for cake decorating supplies. They had almost nothing. I guess Michaels and JoAnns have pushed them out of that market. Good for balloons and paper goods.

Love the curbside shopping. Do not have to bring the kids so no extra spending.

Needed something for my daughters party and they didnt have it and couldnt find another store. They were pretty sorry though and offered other options

I got what I needed but they have quite alot of empty shelves.

I ordered balloons and over 24hrs out went to pick Up and they were not ready.Service sucks. We pay top dollar for these items and there is no customer service. Obviously they need better management. And look at that not 2 hours and the balloons are deflated 😕

Great customer service and selection but there were no noticeable new measures for social distancing shopping aside from the plexiglas partitions around each cash register. I mention this because ( at least in the Reisterstown Road location) the aisles are fairly narrow so restrictions on the direction of browsing and number of customers recommended per aisle could help make the in-person shopping experience safer.

This store was super busy. Line out the door, the employees were really nice tho and helpful. But the wait for walk in was ridiculous. I disliked the fact that the employees focused on online and or pick up order more than the people who were standing waiting. You had bout 2 cashiers, and 4 employees working on online orders. No structure or speed . Greatly appreciated them be8 available to work tho. Because I do understand the pandemic.. but if u are in a rush. Dont go looking to go in and out.

Worst experience ever! will never be back! Tried to get two ballons blown up for grandparents anniversary who just recovered from covid 19! I was there as soon as they opened. They told me it would be an hour wait! So i came back in an hour. Then they told me it would be another 30 min wait!!! They had the Worst customer service you will ever find in all of America! I only had 2 damn ballons that needed blown up smh

They do not keep the store well-stocked, particularly the helium balloons. The last few times when I shopped this location online, they didnt have half the items I wanted in stock.

The cashiers are very lazy and have little to no knowledge of what is there. They also do not know how to explain things. I was surprise they work their with a lazy dragging attitude. But then again this seem to be very common in this state. These are the people you find in work places. Work places do not want people who work very good and are serious because the employers know if they get a serious worker they cant fool around.

Wow! Who knew such treasures were hidden in the older strip malls... This place is clear and organized... color coordinated even. Very inexpensive way to professionally decorate any party.

Great place for party supplies and costumes for any themed event. Some things a little pricey, but you may not find the items anywhere else. Friendly and helpful staff, very knowledgeable about what the store carries and where its located in the store.

Not too happy about purchasing 10 balloons and they didn’t have the man power to blow them up,I had to purchase my own tank. Nice people but I’d really love a little customer service since there were only 3 customers in the store. I spent $60 instead of $10 😤

All I have to say is dont wait till the last minute to purchase a costume and they had a wide selection but they didnt have what I wanted well my kid what is a great place to buy party stuff also plates balloons decorations Etc

This is a great place to look for event items. This time I didnt find as many aluminum pan and tray selections as I have previously been accustomed to.

Party City was very helpful. I almost purchased the wrong type of balloons but PC got me straight. The cashier actually went to blow them up right away. I found everything I needed.

Employees are helpful and usually easy to find to get help. Occasionally it can take a few minutes to locate an available associate but not often. Very good selection of items for any occasion.

They have amazing customer service, great costumes at Halloween time and any kind of grab bag toys or decorations for a party. I love how they are theme and color coded, so organized!

Not only could I not find the costume I needed, but watched every single sales associate ask every single customer EXCEPT me if they needed help when I clearly did. This place is trash and I’ll never shop here again.

This Party City was well lit. It had a wide variety of things that might be needed for a party. My wife had stopped in to order balloons the day before, and the balloons were ready for me when I showed up the following morning. Parking is free.

If you have a balloon order, i suggest placing it online and you can specify your pickup time

I am very unsatisfied I came to this location to get balloons for my children parade after I found out that they had no more graduation balloons I had to get my kids school color which didnt even last 30 minutes I had to come back I chose to get a refund there is no way I will be doing business with them in the future

Decorating for a Congratulations/30th Birthday Party at work on 06/12/19. Bought in 2 Congratulations balloons (from another store) & the Owings Mills location blew them up for me at minimal charge. The 30th mylar birthday balloon I wanted & saw online, the store was out of. I was about to leave when the sales associate remembered something. He left & returned with a handful of colorful 30th birthday latex balloons. I selected 2 balloons, they blew them up & I was on my way. The staff was SO helpful!!! (Even though it appeared to be only 2 people working in the store) Thank you to both the balloon counter clerk & the cashier. Great job!
