First, I will say that Best Buy receives a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ when it comes to a customer purchasing thousands of dollars worth of electronics…no problem taking your money! Also, Best Buy receives a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for delivery of merchandise as promised. Now, Best Buy receives a ⭐️ overall because of installation FAILURE!!! Yes, complete failure! After taking off work to wait for installers during an 8 hour window, we were left with all our merchandise laid out like we were asked to do in preparation. Not only were they a “NO Show,” they were a “NO Call!” The next day we called to see what happened; and to our dismay, they said we can reschedule. Sounds good, right? WRONG, no installation window sooner than 10 days out…we already waited 7 days for the 1st availability. They did offer compensation, but to be quite honest we just want everything installed per our agreement. At this point, we have not rescheduled because we don’t even know if they will show up the second time.

The customer service is not the same. No one want to help. I was looking for a DJI drone, and no one have the key to get it. After 30 minutes I left. Best buy in the past was the best place to buy technology, not now.

A large, spacious store with a good variety of electronic-based products. The TV viewing studios are a fantastic touch and the staff are nice. However, Ive heard that the staff can be a little annoying; constantly asking if you need help. Overall its not as good as a Micro Center if youre a proper tech nerd but perfect for a quick TV or laptop pickup.

There were masks available in lobby. Believe it or not, this is the first place Ive seen this. The replacement charger I needed, for one of two laptops purchased here is not in stock. But there was a rather expensive universal charger available. The guy was as nice and helpful as can be. I wish I had the receipt handy to tell you a name. If I find it, Ill edit.

The sales rep was really nice and helpful even though they were short staffed and he was working alone. And he had a lot of customers. I went in for a laptop my only complaint would be they didnt have the $600 model in the store that I wanted to buy which forced me to get a more expensive model but it was the one I really wanted anyway and turned out to be a really good deal after all. With 12 months interest free payments so overall Im pleased.

This place seems to have gone downhill fast. I had not visited in a year, so I was quite surprised to see today (August 2021) what it was like. The store displays to demo speakers and headphones were mostly broken. There was garbage on the floor on several spots. Two different times an employee told me something was in stock only for another to tell me it was not available. An employee paged someone to come help me with an item behind locks. After 30 minutes of waiting there I gave up and followed another employee until he was free to help me. When I finally was at checkout the employee had to try three registers to find one that was working. Id say they were understaffed, but they did have a handful of guys watching the exits for shoplifting, so maybe they were just too busy running interference. Ill drive further away to avoid visiting again.

The staff is nice. They are definitely in the business of upselling just beware when youre buying any electronics from them. Theyll sell you stuff you dont need or even want to go with it. Bad business practice very distasteful.

Dont expect help once your inside; employees work only at specific counters and there isnt anyone just walking around to see if you need help.I have learned to use the store site to ship them pick up at the curb; not as fast as it could be but an acceptable experience. Best buy is needed when you have to have your item today, but otherwise Ill shop online to avoid the headache of dealing with a chronically understaffed store.

I would not go here if I were you. They dont listen to their customers and the only staff that was helpful were the actual cashier staff and the nerd herd. I knew exactly what I was looking for and instead of helping me I was disrespected by five different people who wanted to tell me how I was wrong. I actually only needed to charge my phone because it died and bought several cords. They continue to harass me anyway and I ended up spending hours there because I got stuck during a storm. waste of time and money.

Customer service was average and the layout of the store is ridiculously and unnecessarilyconfusing, hence 3-Stars. I encountered both, associates who didnt seem to know anything/want to work & those who were there ready and willing offer their knowledge and assistance. It isnt clear where to pickup online orders or to simply checkout. The registers and customer service at the front of the store is like a maze and I constantly had to ask whether I was in the right place or where I needed to be to do xyz.Additionally, clearance has no signage and is at the very front between the registers and the door to leave; and when you leave is exactly when youll realize what the items are and that youve missed a deal because you dont want to get back in the checkout line. Its just a weird setup and the lighting isnt the greatest, which is surprising for an electronics store.What I do love about this location is that they almost always have the daily deal items in stock for same-day pickup or free delivery within a couple of days. The majority of my shopping here is done online, so keep that in mind when considering my review.

I came here to pick up my TV that I ordered from the best buy in white marsh. While waiting in line to check out I overheard a customer who was really frustrated with her shipment being delayed because she wanted to return it but the product had not arrived yet. An associate by the name of John took the time at the customer service/check out area to explain to the customer for about 10 min the process. He really connected with her and did a phenomenal job. He explained the shipping process, the carrier (UPS) side, the best buy side, and how unfortunate it was that this happened. He was able to relieve the customers stress and she was grateful. Salespeople were too self involved to offer assistance; i had to interrupt an employee to tell me where something was. Only one register open and it was also the customer service desk, so i had to wait to pay for my USB cable while all the customers ahead of me dealt with their returns and complex issues. I finally spoke up and asked the customer service clerk if there was another register i could use to check out. She called someone up and when they arrived i then was able to check out at a real register.

I visited Bestbuy to see the picture quality on the Sony A80J 65 inch Oled TV. I did weeks of research and Bestbuys Sony display did not disappoint. The store was comfortable and quiet giving me time to see picture and features. I was also able to walk through the Magnola Room and talk with a store rep about specs. I am happy I made the visit because I am now enjoying my new Sony Oled. I didnt purchase from Bestbuy only because their price couldnt beat Aafes Post Exchange (PX) and I am not sure they price match with the PX because they only service the Military and Veterans community.

Theyre busy most of the time, but the guys are always friendly to me and try to help me most of the time.A sales guy at the cellphone area was as helpful as he could be with me the other day, and I appreciated that.Btw if you have a screen protector that they dont sell, you can bring it in and usually the Geek Squad will be able to put it on for you (no backup though) for about $8-10. I havent tried it yet, but thats what I was told!

Since November 18 2020 Geek Squad has yet to provide me with my refund of a defective dishwasher from Samsung in the amount of $671.99. Multiple case number were established with Best Buy Corporate and these cased are closed with the case unresolved. I have the approval from Samsung in writing to move forward with the refund because they were unable to fix my dishwasher. A new dishwasher was purchased and installed on November 18, 2020 between 11:30 am and 12:30 pm. The defective dishwasher was removed and the Best Buy installer took the defective dishwasher away when he left my residence. Best Buy (Geek Squad) is claiming the warehouse hasnt provided the proper dishwasher return documentation to Best Buy Corporate and this is the cause of refund delay. Since the Best Buy employee took my defective dishwasher from my residence and then Best Buy claims there is no record of the dishwasher returned, this is construed as theft. Criminal charges will be forthcoming.
