Well you cant actually contact this location. I will say that Shawna, one of the drivers there is hands down the best there is. She went above and beyond to help me get a package that I needed and couldnt be home to get. If they were all like her this would be a 5 star company.

Overnight price, two to three day shipping ground. Seems more like it. I NEED MY CAR FOR WORK, cant drive might LOSE job cause FEDEX cant or wont do theirs. I mean I wanted a full day after the next day had passed!!!!!! Just tell me where my package is an Ill go pick it up!

This FedEx ship center is in a great location for me. It also has an oi3tside drop box so when I have my label already I dont have to wait in line.

Driver passed my house twice. Then I got a text saying no one was home. He never stopped. I didnt have to be home for him to leave it. Next day another driver didnt even drive down our road and said we wasnt home. I called and met the driver and made him deliver to my house. Useless drivers. I have no use for fedex.

Burned twice by FedEx today! The Walgreens location apparently no longer does labeling and packaging forcing me to race over the Ragu Drive location to send in my taxes securely. There I learned that as they had done in the past, they would no longer translate PO Boxes to street addresses, sending me away yet again and forcing me to take my chances with US postal service. Ill do everything in my power to avoid using FedEx in the future.

Why have tracking numbers when u still end up misplacing my item talk about incompetent never had this problem with ups so from no on that who ill be going through. and whats funny is it said my item was delivered when in reality it wasnt which means you need to fix your system

Besides the social distancing I was able to drop off my package and leave within 5mins. To do that I had to have it ready. Be prepared people.

The last five packages have been delivered to the wrong address. They dont even bother with leaving it at a ghouse, but in front of a BARN.

How is this called a ship center and they cant even provide a box to ship something? Lady was kind, but Im struggling to understand how FedEx specializes in shipping but cant box up an item for shipping. Dont waste your time, go to Packages Plus.

We walked in and the first thing the lady up front said to us was “you’re at the wrong place” but wouldn’t help explain without being rude.... we were not trying to force her into taking our packages or anything, literally just asking where the correct place was and she stood at the door the whole time like she had something to get back to instead of trying to help a customer.

The local FedEx office was so helpful. The woman at the counter Jennifer was very understanding and did everything she could to help me with a smile on her face. This service was the complete opposite of the service I got from the call center where I was told nothing could be done and was hung up on when I asked for a supervisor. Keep up the great work owensboro!!!!!!

I go here almost daily for work and they have a wonderful staff

It must be customary to not knock on the door or ring the doorbell to get the attention of the person inside. This is not the first time and I am certain it wont be the last. Its not rocket science to make sure that the people inside can hear you when you come to the door, especially when they know you are coming and listening for it.

Have now claimed multiple times that they’ve attempted to deliver the package but no one was home. Somebody was downstairs waiting for the doorbell all day both days they ‘attempted to deliver.’ This package has been in their possession for days now. They’re either at the wrong house or they think we’re clairvoyant and should just be able to *feel* their presence at the door without them having to knock or ring the doorbell. Incompetent liars, use USPS if you have the option.

The shipping center itself is great!

Pretty quick but very friendly service. Is at a convenient location - right off Highway 54 so traffic pulling into and out of parking lot is not usually a problem. Offers more FedEx services here than other FedEx locations in Owensboro.

The young lady was very helpful and patient helping me with my shipment to Brazil

We got great friendly service. The guy that helped us was so nice, and made us feel secure that our package would arrive safely.

They have lost more packages than I can count. They claim on the last one that it was switched to USPS per sender request, but I couldnt verify that. All other packages from that sender have came UPS with NO problems at all! FedEx should just shut down!

Packages lost or stolen. Everyone one should go to DHL or Amazon.UPS the same if not worse. Shipped package on 6 Dec...it still hasnt been found.

FedEx never fails to lie about “attempting to deliver” a package. I’m in my store from 9:30 am to 9:00 pm Monday through Saturday and 11:30 am to 6:00 pm on Sunday. Numerous times on the day the packages are scheduled to be delivered, status will be changed online to “attempted but no one there or business is no longer in business”!!!! Seriously, these drivers never attempt to deliver and lie about it!! I’m done playing these games with FedEx!! They have caused many customers to lose confidence in me and my business because their items are not here for them on the date that FedEx states online with their tracking. I’ll pay whatever I have to and ship via anyone except FedEx from now on.

I was told that they didnt have the equipment to scan my barcode and could not print out a return label, I took the package to packages plus on 18th Street and they had no issues whatsoever

Had a package overnighted to me that never came. Had to call sender to find out whats going on. Online said they couldnt get to me because of weather? UPS delivered, mail delivered, I went to work. I think it was just lazy drivers. 12 days later finally got ahold of them to leave at store. So made 45 min one way to pick it up. I didnt like using them before and definitely wont again. FedEx needs shut down.

If I could give them a no star I would! After my package wasnt here at usual time I called and was assured that it would be here by 8pm. Well its now 11pm and I call and oh im sorry it wont be delivered today unfortunately. It will be friday. Really?? Soo frustrating. Dont have that the package will be delivered a certain day,show out for delivery,and then even call and someone assures you it will be here by 8 and then it doesnt happen! Whats the point in tracking and timing if it isnt reliable? Beyond upset!
