I currently live in Colorado and some of my belongings are still out in Owensboro. I could not have picked a better storage company to keep my things. Sheryl is very nice and pleasant whenever I talk to her. She always answers any questions I may have and keeps me informed if I miss a payment which is very helpful. The rest of the staff there is great as well. The rates are very reasonable as well. In conclusion extra space is a great company.

Originally would say 5 stars but 4 months after being a customer my monthly cost went up 20%, then 7 months after that it went up another 20%. So a year after being a customer my rate has gone up 40% and the local location just says sorry that’s how storage units work. Was told to call the corporate number but that just bounces you around and doesn’t give you anyone to actually talk to. Scam of a business, would not recommend. Getting a cargo van and moving out this weekend.

We have had our business set up in these units for 10 plus years! They are very clean units. The employees keep the grounds very well kept. In bad weather they keep the lots and units accessible. I love the fact that its gated. The extra security makes me feel safe going to and from. The employees are wonderful, polite, very helpful. Theresa & Paradise treat me with the up most respect. Always willing to help and assist. First month is free. I refer anyone looking for storage to this place! Keep up the great work guys! Dee!
