Kenergy customer in Henderson for ten years. I now live in another state and it reminds how bad the Kenergy service was in Henderson. I lived in a neighborhood with underground utilities and the power was off at least once on month for reasons unknown. Power was off for a week after an ice storm. I now live in Florida so no ice but it is the lighting capital and the only time in the past three years my power was off for eight hours was during hurricane Irma. Customers think the service there is great until you live somewhere else.

Luckily I havent dealt with customer service and had the bad experiences others have posted. My 5 stars are for the Linemen, the backbone of the company. They worked in the ice and rain tonight to get the area power back on. These dudes deserve every penny they Earn. Thanks.Couldnt care less about the white collars.

When we arrived here the staff was not very friendly. We were there around 20 min to set up service, the lady helping us did ease up after a bit but the front desk still was not friendly when we arrived or when we left. Very displeased with the staff

We spent about 10 hours without electricity so no heat. But God bless the linemen! Couldnt have been happier to look out and see them working to give us electricityThanks Kenergy!!

Called kenergy and needed service due to renting a new place. Of course they have there big down payments. One way we was told we could wave it was to bring a letter from another company saying we was in good standing. 10 plus years with atmos no late payments. Faxed it in and that was ok on the phone by kenergy. Now we go in to switch it and they claim since havent had atmos in last 8 months the letter is useless. Pretty sad money hungry people and service is lies!!!!!

I called friday April 6th, 2018 about the street light right outside my house that was out, the gentleman I spoke to said it would be Monday before they could get to it. I come home Monday evening the light was repaired and much brighter than before, not sure if some new bulb like led but whatever it is the street much brighter and I love it!Thank you Kenergy for your service!

Went in for new service, brought a letter from current utility company showing good payment history to waive kenergys $325 deposit, I was told they couldnt use the letter because I had 1 late payment in 7 yrs, total bs but what you gonna do, cant switch companies so they have you by the balls!!

Everyone was nice and took care of my concerns

This is the worst place to go through for anything. Theyre no help at all and like to play with peoples live. They incorrectly estimated my electric usage for the past 6 months and told me I have to pay them 455 for their mistake. When I asked them for a number I could call for help with this problem the girl on the phone gave me the number for a Christian college. I recommend anyone else other than Kenergy. I hope their building falls apart and everyone there loses their job. Theyre bullshit workers who all deserve to die and rot in hell.

If you communicate with them, they will work with you on the bill.
