Tonight I read a terrible story about how they lost a women engagement and wedding ring and basically told her it was probably in a land fill. Lost my respect for Kay Jewlers and hope she gets a good lawyer. She deserves so much more then HER rings back, you just took a part of the most important journey she will ever have and will never ever get back. You robbed her of a memory and cant even be sympathetic :( sad!

I have been a customer since 2013. I have received excellent service and care of my rings. But there is one worker that seems to be rude every time I am there (thats when she is working). And the only other thing would be that they are very hard to reach on the phone. You have to call 20 billion times before someone answers, then they act like its out of their way to answer the phone. I understand they can be busy but part of retail is multitasking.

Friendly careful and easy going people- treated my soon to be fiancées birthstone ring with care and made it easy to remain certain with my decision on a pearl ring for our engagement. Will be heading back there first when looking for her wedding band C:

Walked in to buy 2 rings (CASH) and two people were taken care of ahead of us. There was a manager setting on her butt and would not get up. I have bought several thing from them in the past and WAS my first stop but no more.
