I purchased two costumes totaled to 70 bucks and when my kids opened then one of the masks had a eye missing and the other costumes gloves were broke!! The lady pretty much said oh well bc of covid we cant take them back!! I mean piece s were literally missing!!So my 70 bucks just went out the window. Im convinced they buy cheap costumes and resale them at a much higher price!! If you are planning to go there beware,you better off just going to walmart!! Its the same quailty

The owner was so friendly and helpful!! Such a huge selection and great displays!! I have went to numerous places in search of colored contacts for my werewolf look this year and she had a huge selection!! More than impressed!!

Wonderful people very helpful

Wish I could give this place zero stars. Was just in there a couple days ago and saw several costumes have BEDBUGS crawling in the costume bags and it made me sick to my stomach to even be in there. Several of my friends also went into the store and saw the bed bugs as well. Several of the shoes have been there for years and are put out every single year if they’re not sold. They haven’t been “brand new” for about 10 years. I personally thought it was very weird to have props all over the ground. I personally couldn’t find the costume I wanted because it was so messy in this place. There was no order at all (like there was a few years ago). I tried to ask the worker to turn the big props on to see but they all turned on at once and I had no idea what to look at! It was super confusing! It was also too loud to even ask the worker any questions. The worker turned the props on them walked off without answering everyone’s questions. I am HIGHLY DISSATISFIED with what I saw in this store and hope they get shut down ASAP because of the bedbugs.

They don’t exchange. the workers are rude and don’t help you. overall they sell the SAME costumes and merchandise at walmart for half the cost. we went to walmart to look for a different costume bc we bought one that was too small from halloween havoc and walmart had the same costume for less than half of the price. same brand and costume for LESS THAN HALF. they definitely price gouge and claim it’s because they are a “small business”. i got better help at walmart. upset i didn’t go there first. DONE SUPPORTING LOCAL AFTER THIS.

My main reason for leaving a one star is I ordered a costume, and waited a few weeks before going back in to check on it and I learned that they couldn’t get it in. Which they said they would call me if they could or couldn’t get it in and they never did, so I had to order it on Amazon..

Great selection, but overpriced. A little unavoidable as they sell seasonal merchandise.
