Great experience starting with Cathy, the sales associate, to Jorge the installer. Cathy was very helpful and got me what I wanted and within my budget! Jorge was very detailed in his work on the floor. He was the nicest most professional person! James Peak was great in answering all my questions about warranty and maintenance. Customer service is number one in this business and it shows! Thank you guys!

We love our new flooring❤❤❤. Kathi, James, and the flooring guys are great. Kathi sold flooring to us for a small bathroom earlier this year, and she is the reason we came back to get the rest of the house done, ty.

The sale person named Cody was amazing and helped me out all three times i went. He worked with my price range and helped me find the carpet that would work for me. He was super nice and even stayed late one night just to help me.

Great service. Went in looking for a rug. I like that they had it all right up front.

They were awesome. Very pleased with the helpfulness of the salesperson. Helped me select the correct quality and pleased with the price. I will certainly return to purchase flooring from them in the future.

Best flooring store in this area

If I could give zero stars I would. I called in advance to make sure there was someone who could spend some time with me going over flooring types, I installation, find a potential contractor. I arrive and am told that I am not allowed to speak to anyone nor take flooring samples home. And that I was welcomed to look but nobody would be assisting me. Find another place to go. Ill be driving to evansville for another store. Referrals are the biggest source of new and continual business and I certainly with not be referring this business.

Went to this furniture store. Bought a sofa & loveseat. Year later. Still happy with my purchase. Quality and service was great.To continue, Ive just purchased new bath room and closet flooring. Carpets Unlimited was great,Thanks Cody Peak. The installer Robert & Noah. Their work was perfect. They have been respectful of my home, no mess left. Cody was there with answers to all my questions. I made the right choice.

Over priced

Horrible would not recommend them even putting floor in a dog house. They damaged new walls. Left carpet ripped up and told us we had to put caulking around term because that they were finished. Their finished product was left with floors put in wrong direction, uneven flooring, trim not attached every entry way had no trim put down, and carpet left undone in entry way where it had 6 inches of over hang rolled up. They damaged my home.

Been around so long, they have always taken care of me and my family...

Terrible! Didnt stand behind an expensive flooring product that lasted less than two years. Please, dont allow these deceptively nice folks take advantage of you.

I am very disappointed in Carpet Unlimited because lack of quality and standing behind that quality.I dont think will be going there.

The customer service there is awful you call to as questions and they are really nasty and rude I wouldnt recommend them to anyone
