Lonnnng time to unload, be patient, only one guy working hard back there

This place was horrible. The girls in the shipping department was rude and hateful as could be. Also it took them 3 hours to get me in a dock. After that another 3 hours to get me loaded. Not sure if this is normal at this place but that was my experience so I gave them a 1 star rating which was more than they actually deserved.

Despite these reviews and yeah I might have gotten lucky. I parked on the property overnight for morning delivery and I was awoken by two employees at 7am! We laughed and joked for a few minutes. I bumped the dock to be unloaded at 7:20👍🏾

Arrived at 8.00 am. In both docks they had their own trucks. Now is 10.07 and Im still waiting on street.Im second time at this place. Arrived 7.40am, unloaded 10.44amI was here few times and today I said myself enough. Checked in 7.55, after 2 hours waiting they sent me and another driver (he arrived after me) to another warehouse. After back in do dock they start unloading second truck. Now is 10.20 and they not even touch my trailer.This place sucks every time

Horrible! We delivered 3 loads this week to Clark in Owensboro to keep our drivers busy. All it did was aggravate them because it took so long to unload. Youd think companies might try and help drivers out so they can keep moving and get home with everything going on. NOT HERE!
