Im still mad after 5 years. Ugh. Customer services was horrible. The salesman assured me that the faucet we bought would fit between the sink & the window. It didnt. He changed his story to he said it should fit. They charged a huge amount for a restocking fee. They were horrible to work with. Nothing came when they said it would. I would never go back, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Ordered a spa cover lifter 27days ago, company never had it in stock and said 7-10 days. I should have known better, I am sorry I didnt read all the bad reviews before moving forward wit his company. Do not use or fall for pricing.

STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. Had I known how tricky, deceptive, dishonest and rude these people are Id have never bought anything from them. They advertised undermount sinks they did not have...and since I did not know this was the ordeal, I went ahead and paid them online, only to receive an email telling me that the item would be available for shipping ONE FREAKING MONTH AFTER MY ORDER date. The way the handled it: They never returned any of my emails. Request for being contacted was answered : a customer service rep will contact you in 3 FREAKING DAYS! This never happened either. I was so sick of their bad service that I called their customer service. AFter being on hold for 10 minutes, an Eric with a foreign accent answers and tells me : Oh..Toto is late on delivery of their items ( BS...since when other stores have it and Toto only has problems with you guys???), they agreed to cancel my order and refund me. I later got an email from them that they had deducted 15% from my money for Processing charges This was never disclosed to me in any form. This is totally dihonest and deceptive. The way they work They dont have any stuff of their own stocked. They get your money and buy the stuff ( IF they ever buy it), then they wait for the manufacturer to send it to them...and if you are lucky, several weeks later you get your item. basically you finance their business ahead of time. I am taking this to the BBB.

Similar to the complaints of others, I placed an order, waited for delivery and, after two months, canceled the order. I was given a return authorization number, with a 3-5 day refund window. A month later, Im going through my credit card company to try to get resolve, as Ira Wood is not returning calls, emails or responding to through their online customer service portal.

Worse place I ever worked. They treated their employees terribly. I think they expected humans to be robots. It was like walking in to a jail every morning then checking back out at close.

Worst company Ive ever dealt with.
