I went in on Sunday looking for a certain minecraft Lego and I couldnt find it on the shelves. So I asked this nice young lady (and I hate that I didnt get her name). She took the time to go in the back and find it for me. I was very impressed with her desire to help me and the wonderful attitude she had while doing it!!

Why have a phone if you NEVER answer the phone!!! I have called EVERY department including the service desk and NO One answers!!! I live 20 miles from the store and all I wanted to do was see if something was in stock!!! PATHETIC service!!!

Absolutely love Target! My favorite is the Bullseye Playground section with their $1 & up seasonal items, but Im addicted to their beauty section, craft section, and their home section because they have the best linens and decor at very reasonable prices.

I love this place. I go here once a week. The store its self is aesthetically pleasing once inside. Plus Starbucks is upfront so the moment you walk in the door it smells like happiness. The employees are all kind (& helpful) and even if they dont know the answer to your question, they radio to ask and you still get the answer while you stand there with them. The prices are high so while I go once a week I might only buy something once every other month. Yesterday they had like 8 cashiers (which never happens they usually only have two) and the line still took about 15 minutes before we finished checking out. Even all the self checkouts had lines of customers waiting. Im pretty sure the store stays like this once the holiday season is here. Overall I enjoy going here. If the prices were a little cheaper I would spend way more money here. Oh the location of the store is convenient as well!

Target is a little bit of an upgrade from Walmart. It’s a little nicer shopping carts roll little smoother.

Just experienced the worst contactless Pickup Experience in any store. The delivery girl required me to exit the car and open the trunk because the person wouldnt open the trunk to place items in the trunk. I then had to exit the car to close the trunk. Since March all deliveries have been contactless until today. Tried to contact the Manager and the store didnt have a manager on duty.Typically Target has excellent service in Owensboro, Kentucky.

There has increasingly been not enough cashiers at the Owensboro target. I’ve noticed over the past year that there are fewer and fewer and every time I go in there’s usually only one lane open. Today there was only one open again with a line of about eight people deep, it’s in the middle of December you would think during the holiday season they would staff more appropriately. The shopping experience at target is really no better than Walmart anymore. Not very impressed.

Target always goes above and beyond with service, selections, and prices.

It was easy to find the sales items and the other things I ran into get. When I got to the registers there were two people ahead of me. Another register was opened and I got through checkout quickly.

Well target is actually getting better at some things and marking prices with correct price so hats off to that. Now when it comes to customer service the guy was awesome, knew what I was looking for and showed me where it was. The only really bad part about my experience was the guy helping me, I dont know if he didnt believe in deodorant or simply forgot it this morning. How ever he was definitely not pleasant to be around. Cool smart kid just needed some hygiene and his life. 😕

I had ordered pickup not knowing that its different than drive up and they worked with me and switched my order to drive up. Great service!!

Target is a clean store that is easy to find the items you need. I really wish they would be more discreet about allowing pets in the store. Wish they would enforce the 2 question rule to determine if it is a service dog.Other than that the store is well lit and well stocked. I have never had an issue with any store pick-up service. They are always quick, polite, and efficient.

I like Target well enough. I do not buy clothes or shoes from here. Just things like books, dvds, occasional lawn & garden. There selection is alright. However the quality of things seems to be getting worse as the prices rise. They have plenty of register yet not enough open ever. So the wait can be lengthy. Bathrooms are usually nasty. That’s a while other subject. The rest of the store is clean for the most part.

I enjoy shopping at Target, whether online or in-store. Their prices, products and quality of items is what I enjoy most about Target.

I live in Paris, Tn. The nearest Target is in Jackson, Tn. I dont often travel to Jackson, however, I do travel to Owensboro, Ky. very often. The first stop I make upon arrival is Target. It is one of my favorite stores.

As much as I love shopping Target and go there every time I am in Owensboro, I have to give it three stars. The womens restroom here is terrible, I always avoid going to the bathroom when in just because of how nasty it is. Highly recommend going to the bathroom somewhere else before going shopping here. If it wasnt for the bathroom situation I would hands down give 5 stars!

The ONLY reason I don’t give this particular Target 5 stars is because the girls bathroom is AWFUL. If that gets some attention, I’d definitely give it 5 stars.

You can tell its right after Christmas because the shelves in parts of the store are partially empty and nothing is where its supposed to be. Kinda disappointing, but I was able to find what I wanted, more or less.Update, Feb. 9, 19: The store was as messy and disorganized tonight as it was right after Christmas, if not worse. I used to shop here because it was a better experience than Walmart, but not now. Its really sad.

This target is always well stocked with the latest items. The clothing section and home goods has a large variety to chose from. I visited during the beginning of the holiday season and they seemed to be staffed to handle to volume of customers.

Typical store, the only thing i dont care for about target is the fact that the shelves are never stocked. You will go in looking for accm item and its not instock, and what they do have its only one, so if you need more than one item your out of luck.

I look for the best price when buying toys especially, so Target is not the only option.

It has what you need (maybe?), but its appearance its almost on a Walmart level of unkempt. I understand that Target has a bit of a problem with being understaffed, but they can still make an effort to try and keep the floors clean and the entryways from having so much litter about it.Outside of that though, the employees they do have have been cordial when approached.

2 stars only because of good customer service. Bathrooms are disgusting. The look and the smell is absolutely ridiculous. It’s just not acceptable for them to be so nasty. I would never take my toddler in there to use the restroom.

DISGUSTING! The bathrooms were the worst Ive ever been in. One of the doors didnt lock and the other stall had blood on the floor and toilet paper everywhere. If this company doesnt care about remodeling the bathrooms for their employees and customers, then I cant bring myself to contribute to their sales.

Its not a bad Target. They are really trying to get customers to use the self-checkout, usually by only having one slow-moving real checkout open.

Prefer this one over the evansville location. Great place, very clean, I can spend HOURS here.
