I have had awful expierences here. I avoid it as much as possible. I have had associates hit on me and touch my waist when I went to him for help cuz I lost my wallet on the way in. It honestly upset me so much and I still kick myself for not standing up for myself better. I brought it up to customer service but she didnt know what to say or do.I wish I made a bigger deal about it or stood up for myself instead I left feeling violated and frustrated.

I mean, its WalMart. Walmart is walmart. Its either fully stocked or almost bare and the employees are mostly unfriendly and dont even make eye contact, but theyre are a few here and there that actually are friendly and look like they have pride in their work and no proper work ethic and etiquette.

Spent more time in Walmart than I expected to. With such good deals and great pricing who wouldnt spend a lil extra time there.

Left my cellphone lying around in the store. Cashier kindly handed it in to customer service. Thanks so much

Was just there had 2 associates tell me someone was called to the jewelry section waited a whole 30mins when first one said it and 20mins when the second one said it.and still no one like get your lifes together

Last time I ordered groceries online we got there and waited…. Clicked on order and that is where it said it was cancelled.went into store asked about my money and they said not their problem that is Walmart.com’s problem…week later and still waiting for my money back.

They use carts instead of their rolling racks to restock product. High demand products arent kept restocked too well. Other wise they are kept organized & tidy.

The pharmacist that gave me my first round of the covid vaccine did an amazing job. I dont like needles and he talked to me to keep my mind busy. Im very grateful for his kindness and understanding.

TLE was great!! Went in needing to flat repairs on the passenger side of my 1 ton pick up truck. Multiple screws in the passenger rear, multiple screws in the passenger front. Ended up only waiting an hour, the staff was friendly, the tire technician took great care of me, and checked all of the other tires to ensure there were no screws, or nails in them. He also ensured my tires were aired up to the proper air pressure before I left. Thank you guys.

Ive been waiting 30+ mins for someone to unlock the cabinets in the sporting goods area. They have 2 cabinets with push for assistance buttons. Tried both of those for awhile with no luck. I then walked over to the electronics area to see if there was an associate over there could help... they dont have the sporting goods key but radio someone to come over and help, that was 15 mins ago, still no one. Writing this review while waiting since I have plenty of time. I also have my daughters with who are two and three. They are currently keeping themselves occupied by turning on all the flashlights and laterns.

Great place to get art supplies and other daily things. Staffing is sometimes hard to find when help is needed. However overall it is a great place to shop.

Store dirty. Painted lines in parking lot would be great.

Accessible for big rigs to come n go. I really appreciated staff taking the time to help me find the product I was looking for saving me a ton of time in the process. You guys were great....

Owatonna Walmart Supercenter is a great store to shop at! I am so happy to come here because they are still sterilizing the carts 🛒, they are washing the checkouts, and they have a clean store! I highly recommend this store and I am so grateful to these employees for doing this still to keep their customers safe! Thank you all so very much for doing this for everyone but especially for the elderly and people with underlining health conditions! I just want you to know that you are all appreciated for the wonderful job you are all doing! 😊♥️💕

Never have what your looking for. Shelves are empty and dirty ..no pricing on shelves..Should close the doors if this is the best they can do.

Quick and easy way to get the first vaccine for covid. The store had yellow tape on the ground for customers to follow from the pharmacy to the place where I got my shot. Great way to take out confusion since I had never been there before

Its normall safe place. Got special truck parking,which is very nice. All Walmarts should have them,even north east region.

Yet again I am here in line waiting. I have on multiple occasions just had to leave my items on the ground instead of waiting. This is just stupid. We are 6-8 customers deep in all 4 regular lines and 15+ deep in self checkout. If they didnt have one single particular item my wife wants Id never stop foot in this craphole again.

Workers everywhere throughout the store talking amongst each other with only 1 checkout lane open unless you wanted to do thier job without getting paid for it by going through self checkout. Pretty typical of any Wal-Mart.

Was on my way home from upper Minnesota back to Iowa and got a flat. I was able to get to the tire center by 545pm and when I walked in. All 3 guys were very kind and quick to get my car taken care and back on the road!!!! Awesome group in the tire center!!!!!

For a super center they very rarely restock supplies and have what I need. Also staff doesnt seem to care and gets annoyed when you need help.

Under staffed and you never know who works there no name tags and random clothing so hard to tell who’s working there and who’s not hard to get help if you can’t find something

Frankly, Im somewhat disappointed. Walmart used to be the place to shop but now the shelves arent stocked and its next to impossible to find an employee for help. I wonder what Mr. Sam would think if he were alive and saw how his legacy is being managed? Just a thought. Hopefully, Walmart will rebound, otherwise, Im giving my business to Target.

It was not busy out there but there was a bunch of open boxes and Isles I needed to go on the Shelf

Several Items did not have any shelf price and many more were stocked incorrectly. Very disappointing to get to the checkout and items were double the price.

Walmart is great but lots of bare shelves and an obvious lake if cashiers

Its almost like Im a kid again, definitely overwhelmed by the amount of choices for EVERY thing. I could not find the face wash, but that was my fault. Most the employees are bland. Not bad, but you can definitely most are only there for a check.

Pick up is not so fun now since so many things are not to be delivered anymore and you cant pick a time anymore. When you live in the country you try to do it all in one trip.

Wow. I think they are in the middle of a changeover of seasonal items. There are pallets and carts full of merchandise everywhere. And employees, hard to find one to get help.

Was VERY disappointed in the staff.....was looking for black jwggings for a funeral and needed help but Noone seemed to want to help at all. Felt like I was wasting their time. Wont go to that store again.

I wanted to buy a bike there, but they had only ONE adault 24 bike. Everything was gone. I asked an associate when & if they were going to get more in. He had NO idea. Really?!? SMHNot to mention that the bathrooms are very dirty & so many shelves are empty or disorganized.The Walmart in Faribault is much cleaner, organized and the associates are more helpful & friendly.

I can usually find what I need at Walmart. I can see that they are doing their level best to protect peoples safety at this time. Masks have to be worn when you go into the store. I like to use the service where they pick it for you by ordering online then we simply drive our car up check in and someone with a mask on will load your order directly into your car without you having to go in the store. They have done a very good job picking you can allow them to make substitutions or not allow it. I have allowed substitutions and they have done very well.

Always out of stuff. Need more cashiers to check people out.

Its not a 24/7 Walmart as it show on internet. It open 6am in the morning sucks. I had to waste my time here thinking its 24/7 as it show on internet.

They have the things you need and want but the lack of support there is unreal. No ambition from workers and there is rarely stock of things and there are not workers in all their departments. The last two times Ive went there were no carts inside the building, not even one.

Always looks like a dirty mess in the store, almost forced to use self checkouts, only having one staffed line to use.

With the incredible amount of self checkout Lanes compared to the lack of people actually working in the real checkout Lanes and considering I come in get my stuff bring my stuff to the checkout lane check out my own stuff bring my stuff out to the car Im kind of wondering when Im going to receive my paycheck For the job I didnt apply for.

Horrible customer service in Electronics!! Okajun I think his name was, treated us very poorly when asked to have him un lock something. He argued with us and I told him in customer service the customer is right even if he dont think it will work!! I have never been treated so poorly at walmart..

Owatonna Wal-Mart now implying that everyone is stealing. Grabbing everyones receipts and going through the bags. Definitely lost my business.

Walmart has good deals but with COVID-19 they decided to herd everyone who enters and exits into the smallest area possible. If they claim theyre trying to make the store safe, they obviously dont know what theyre doing. An employee policing for masks is just another contamination vector and puts more people at risk than it helps.

All the products were easy to find and fresh.

Sometimes it is difficult to find things in this store but if you happen to get a friendly employee, take advantage of their store knowledge. I choose to shop at HyVee because it is not often you can find assistance or even a friendly face in Wal-Mart anymore. Wal-Mart is a customer service organization yet its employees are not always willing to offer assistance. On this trip I found some ice cream toppings that I hadnt seen before and I had a helpful employee assist me with finding takis. I didnt know anything about them and two male employees offered their assistance. It was a good trip this go around.

Absolutely the worst Walmart ive ever been in. Always very slow check out and most of the employees act slow and not willing to help.

I have been to better Walmarts I hate doing online ordering with a pick up in Owatonna, I always get told there are out off stocks, so I venture into the store and like magic I find the items.

Self checkouts suck. Need more humans to contribute to the work force

Very friendly staff. Clean restrooms, clean store with stocked shelves. We were able to get everything we needed. Great security, more than any other Walmart in the area. Plenty of parking options. Lowest prices.

Date of Visit: 1/3/2021 - Hardly anyone was wearing masks, despite gigantic signs on the front doors stating that masks were required. We found a couple items to buy, but didnt want to stay too long.

I prefer pick up for my shopping. Too many people

Is good to pick up needed items also sells wanted ones as well but mainly good cashiers and also Greeters here were good unlike similar ones I,ve been to have been.
