FastSigns did an amazing job on my new team signs. The logo I had wasnt in the correct format so they re-created it perfectly and exactly in a format that worked for all my marketing. The signs were right the first time and the logo and lettering were crisp, clean and easy to read. All were done timely and I couldnt be more satisfied with the quality, service and the price.

I (overpaid) for signs that were not done correctly. When I asked for the signs to be corrected to what I had originally requested, I was called a liar and told it was my fault that they were not done correctly. I had to take the signs to another shop (where I paid significantly less) to have them corrected. Not only was the product incorrect, but the customer service was horrible. I do not recommend this company.

Zero stars!!!!My experience with the woman who apparently runs the store was an absolute nightmare. The customer service was horrible.I provided a picture of what I wanted my banner to look like and for them to go off of and they changed the color of the font & the picture they used was tilted to one side and she would not fix my image. She told me that my eyesight was off (yes- you read that correctly) because their image was straight and they wouldn’t alter it. The words were not centered and the image wasn’t centered with any of it. My banner was supposed to be done by Friday or Monday morning. It didn’t get finished until Wednesday late morning. I paid an extra fee to have them “design” my banner (even though I provided files for them to use) and they couldn’t even get the colors on my banner correct. I asked for black letters and for some reason they changed every word to red!?- even after writing my order down.I went into the store and said “hey- I just need my money back. It’s just not what I expected and was told my banner would be like the picture I provided” -she refused. They hadn’t printed my banner yet so I didn’t see why there was a problem with getting reimbursed. I told her the work was not to my standards, not what I asked for and she did not care and said she didn’t see anything wrong with it. So pretty much calling me a liar on what I was wanting. She also told me if they had to mess with it anymore that she would charge me again! I never changed my design. I never changed what I wanted on my banner. I never changed the colors- they did... never got an apology.When I went in to pick up my banner she was so childish and wouldn’t even hand me the banner- she had someone else hand it to me! So unprofessional, especially after I paid almost $70 for a small banner that they messed up and did not make how I wanted!I went to Bigfoot in Collinsville- sent them the same file I sent to fastsigns (the one they said they couldn’t use) and my banner was made in less than 4 hours for literally HALF the cost!!! I would NOT use fast signs in Owasso...

Went to fast signs in Owasso. Spoke to the owner, not very personable. I ordered several small yard signs to attract attention to the new location of one of our businesses. I told her they would be on the side of the road with cars driving past at 55 miles per hour.I was told I had to pay the total up front, she said if she did not do it this way she would be doing a lot of work for free. Apparently a lot of folks are dissatisfied with the product when they receive it. I was sent some very small proofs, very difficult to determine anything other than correct spelling etc. When I went to pick up the signs I was very dissatisfied. The font was very slight and insignificant. Hard to read even close up. I was told that there would be a charge to correct the signs and that also needs to be paid right now. This person was not concerned that she had a dissatisfied customer but was more concerned about receiving an additional $20. She told me to come back Monday morning and bring the signs for correction. When I did she was not there. I stopped by several times and left messages. Did not hear back. I am thankful for that as I have found an excellent sign place in Collinsville. Beware of fastsigns in Owasso.

They made a real estate yard sign for us. When we picked it up, the sign was not attached to the frame and they said they didnt have screws so we would have to find some screws and put it together ourselves. Very disappointing when you need a sign that is ready to go - and pay for one. Especially as it took quite a while to make after we approved the design. We expected more effort for the price paid.
