Its a well organized store with bunch of baby items. Since a baby grows out of clothes so fast its definitely worth checking it out so you are not constantly spending $10 or more for clothes. Ive also sold a bag full of clothes here. Of course you shouldnt expect to get a whole lot of money but I wanted to get rid of items that I no longer needed so it was a win-win.

Excellent bunch of people working here! Asked to see one of the fisher-price swing ‘n cradle. Staff quickly brought it down for me to look at and even went the extra mile to help me bring the swing to my car after I decided to buy it.Unfortunately wasn’t able to get the two girls names, but thank you so much for the help. 💜The store is also very organized, making it easy to sort through.

Called before arriving to see if they would like new children’s books (about 80 books) they said yes. Mentioned nothing about NOT placing them in a large plastic bag. When I arrived they denied the new books because they were in a plastic bag! Like really!? Then the lady says look it’s all over our door. Ok lady how would I see and or know this from my home!? Next time they should mention it on the phone when a customer calls! Needless to say I found a children’s home and donated them all the books and they were very grateful of the books and didn’t care they were in a clean plastic bag! I won’t be back:) I rather sell my owe items or donate them to others in need!

Great place to shop for baby clothes, crib, baby items, pajamas, bathing suits, shoes, toys, and anything you need for a baby. There are no dressing rooms and the prices are a little bit higher than Goodwill.

The store is great for used kids clothes, toys, books and basically everything you need!

This place is amazing, its discounted baby and toddler needs( clothes, toys, blankets, bouncers, walkers everything). The staff is very friendly and helpful. I always received a smile and never a problem ever. They also buy out used items so if you need to get rid of items they may or may not buy it, but at least inspect if worth taking. We found cute clothes for our child that were priced at carters for way much more. We found disney movies and books for him for $5-6. I found toys in great shape with no damage for our boy and we cant complain about the prices. Trust me this is a great place and saves you with children needs. Great idea as well that its recycled items. Instead of throwing in the trash it goes to a child in need.

This store had been around for years. Clean, preserved re sale clothing for children and baby furniture, strollers and more.i gave it 4 stars, only because I think that the baby furniture and stroller should be less expensive in times like this. Other than that. It would be 5 stars. The store is kept clean and they have hand sanitizer.

If I could give it zero stars I would. First of all, I drove an hour out of my way because the reviews for this locations were so great. All five stars from I could see. I thought, fantastic! So my expectations were high I was excited!I get here, I’m not greeted. I’m judged upon my appearance and all the toys are priced the same as if you bought them brand new. Um, you are a SECONDHAND SHOP!They separate the toys by gender but that’s besides the point. Toys are toys!!They are EXTREMELY judgemental and rude. I will never recommend this location.They looked at the clothes I brought in (all clean and in season) to sell picked four shirts and offered me $2.65.NO THANK YOU!!! This location should not have a five star rating if you’re going to be rude to your customers.I hardly ever leave reviews but I had to alert people who want to shop at this location.Thank you x

Theyre only open to buy items at the moment, but the staff is friendly and warm and inviting, owners seem very nice and everything is clean and organized. I work here now, & happy to be a part of this team. Tons of great items are lining the walls waiting to be put on the shelves, cant wait til theyre open to sell !The lady who gave this one star must have had the worst day ever, because this place is nothing like how she said. I witnessed her come in and very rudely raise her voice to the staff, who are only trying to sort through the TON of stuff brought in. Please ignore her nasty comments. This place is a gem !

Went in to donate my daughters out grown items and was treated like I was trash. I was told they would text me within the hour with my order and never received a text, so I assumed they wanted to keep it all. I get a phone call the next morning with a rude employee telling me my order had been ready since yesterday and I needed to come get it because they cant hold on to it. I explained I never received a text and she argued with me about it. I then get a second call this afternoon about how they looked online and saw that the swing I was DONATING had a activity table with it online and did I have that to go with it. Im giving you something for free for you to make a profit on and its not good enough? Really? The employees I dealt with were rude and I will never return to this Once Upon A Child.

I’m usually never one to write bad reviews but I was really disappointed with my experience here. I brought in 5 items valued over 300$ that were in each in brand new condition and I was only given under 35$ total. I wasn’t sure what to do so I accepted it not wanting to make a big deal in front of everyone but I felt like I was stolen from and I am very hurt that they took advantage of me because I could of used those items to make money for the necessities I need as a single mother. I am aware they must make a profit from the items they buy from me but giving me only 5$ for a 100$ new item is wrong.

This is a great place to buy some great clothes,shoes, and toys. The only downfall is there are no dressing rooms to try on clothes. Great staff and great prices.

For the first time I sold my stuff in a second hand store and was very well attended. I have three children aged 2, 9 and 13, and got a good price. Unfortunately the store is not open to buy yet. Specially I want to thank Sthepanie (manager) for the explanation of concept and the kindness and attention that I received.

Love the options and amount of clothes as well as the quality. Employees and owners are very nice. Their standards for buying clothes are higher than other once upon a child stores Ive been to, just as a heads up.

I had a great experience selling my items at a fair price. I left the items there to be valued and they replied super fast. Great customer service and can’t wait until they fully open.

This place is crazy, there windows is mashed in and there open but not for selling just buying your items. When I brought my items on Wednesday a little people castle, vehicles, train cars and Harley Davidson wooden rocking motorcycle they offered $17 on Saturday. When I took off the motorcycle it was a dollar for the little people stuff. What a waste of my time. So upset and they could careless and didn’t offer more money. Just to help me to my car which I didn’t want. Clearly they don’t care about your time cause it took them 4 days and I still had to wait when I got there and giving you the right money for your items. They were nice but returning.

Their website listed that they were open for buying, however when going to the store they were not this week. They also have their doors open, however when walking in and my daughter was looking at the toys they rudely said that we are not allowed to look at the products yet. I understand if they are not open yet, but I have no tolerance for the behavior they showcased. If this is a sign of their level of customer service, I want nothing to do with them.

My sister is pregnant with her first child and I’m so excited for the grand opening. The staff is very friendly and committed to give the best service. Looking forward for next week!

Glad to have this store in Oviedo. We had our kids choose toys they were no longer using and went to the store together to get it appraised and sold, it was a great experience, cant wait to return with some more toys and purchase a few so the kids understand better the value of money.

Complicated to sell items through here

This location has incompetent employees. I did my due diligence and called ahead to find out their holiday hours, but when I arrived, the location was closed. A woman opened the door and said they closed at 5. It was 10 after. I explained the situation and she was not accommodating at all. I am very displeased as I was given poor information from an employee and they took no responsibility.

Girls can be more nice !!!!

Prices seemed a little more expensive than the other OUAC locations (for example the mask said 7.99 and the same ones for $5 at a different one. All in all good though
