We love auto zone for all of our car cleaning needs. I recently got my dream car and am learning all about the different products you can use detail/clean/protect your car. I went into the Oviedo AutoZone with my dad to get some leather wipes for his car. We met Tommy (I believe he is the manager) and I asked him some questions about what products I could use on my car. Not only was he extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he also gave me a bag of damaged items that he couldn’t sell (think damaged boxes, leaky sprays, that sort of thing) that I could try on my car. We will always go back to this autozone, they are so friendly and helpful!

Went to this location trying to get all the stuff to do a DIY oil change. Carlos assisted me and was incredibly helpful. Very friendly and answered every question I had for him. Even made sure my coupon worked when there were technical difficulties. All around a great experience :)

By far my favorite store in the chain. Just a hop and skip from the house. The tool rental program has saved me money time and again. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, and great service. Im doing a build right now (amateur street racer in my garage) so they see my face weekly, sometimes more than once a day.

Amazing Customer service.Had a dent on my front left side of my car came in the store asking for a tool how to maybe take care ofbit myself. The Store associate Tommy assisted me to see if he can help me get the dent out and sure enough he did and it looks like new.It made my day.

Tommy is one of the kindest, most sincere people I have ever had the opportunity to work with! I had a brake light bulb go out and needed it replaced asap.... I called the store to ask if they carried the bulb I needed and asked if he knew where I could get it replaced. He said he could take a look at the car and see what was going on, but couldnt make a promise without laying eyes on it. Later that day I went over to grab the bulb.... Tommy remembered me from the call I made, and so not to make this long review any longer, he replaced the bulb and I was on my way within about 25 minutes!!! Totally unexpected and SO happily surprised at the level of customer service he provided! This store is now the only one I will go to for car stuff!

A big shout out to Tommy for helping my daughter whose away at college there. He tested her battery, cleaned the terminals and replaced the battery for her. He went above and beyond. As a parent of a college student away from home, one of our biggest fears is their car breaking down . I’m glad Tommy was able to assist her. Thank you Tommy! You put my mind to rest.

I went in because I was told I needed new breaklights, Carlos helped me out and tested to see if I needed both lights and installed them!! It was the best $6 I’ve ever spent. Had such a great experience at this store last Friday. I went in for what I thought was a dead battery, turned out to be an issue with my starter. I am so grateful for Carlos in working with me and my Dad to ensure that my issue was resolved. The manager also came out and followed up with everything and I am beyond pleased. I will drive the extra way for this autozone the service I received was unmatched. Highly recommend!

This auto zone provided me with much needed hope in the future of the car service industry. I met a wonderful man by the name of Xavier, he helped me with everything i needed from diagnosing my vehicle to details regarding the repair. I am one of the many who have been affected financially due to the Covid-19 pandemic. He could have gotten me for almost 200 bucks for my battery but instead he went above and beyond to check if there was a warranty associated with it. He helped my family in this trying time and i wish nothing but the best for Xavier, I really appreciate the help.

I’ve had to come multiple times in the past few months and they always go above and beyond and are very nice.

After having my battery die and getting a jump, I headed straight to Autozone to get my battery tested. Tommy B got my battery tested, warranty checked, and new battery installed in under ten minutes and I was on my way, free of charge. He was incredibly pleasant, helpful and efficient. Came into auto with battery issue, found out that I need a terminal bc my terminal was completely worn. Xavier was wonderful and able to help me out. The whole staff were helpful, they were able to fix my car w no problem and install my battery. I would definitely recommend going here if you have any car needs or troubles.

Went there to pick up new windshield wipers and wiper fluid, and Riley was such a great help! She helped me find the right fit for my vehicle and then installed the new wipers for me. Great service!

Needed to get a light in my headlights replaced and Tommy at autozone made the whole process simple and easy and even installed it, got out of there in less than 10 minutes.Highly recommend!

Great service at the Alafaya Tl Autozone. The assistant had the bulb I needed right on hand, and the manager was super helpful installing it for me.

They can be a bit overpriced if you cant find a discount coupon code, but much preferred over the other chains. Would be a 4 star if they could reset check engine codes... recent changes have corporate not allowing it. Update... Thanks for the response, but I dont see things changing soon with the new code readers unless the stores go back to a code reader that can reset check engine codes.

AutoZone is extremely helpful and Im so thankful that they actually replace or repair almost anything you buy from them for no charge. I seriously wouldnt know where Id be without AutoZone replacing my battery. It may not have been this location but I love this company for that.

Manager refused to change the battery in my 2013 Ford Focus because it takes too long. Took my car later that day (after a jump from a nice coworker) to the Auto Zone on 419 and Lockwood where they changed the battery in under 5 minutes.The manager was obviously lazy and not interested in helping. Will not be visiting this particular Auto Zone in the future.
