Went into the store today to get the IPhone 12. I had a very pleasant experience. Beckir was very patient with me as I was very indecisive about the color I wanted. The other mobile experts were great as well, Randy and Demarco! Everyone was super friendly and made it an easy and quick process. I will be back for sure!

I came into the store with my friends and we got greeted right away by Billy the manager. He was very nice and patient with us!! I couldn’t decide on which phone to get either the iPhone 11 or iPhone 11 Pro Max and Billy was able to get me squared away with the iPhone 11!!! I will drive to this store from now on from south county just to work with Billy and his team!!! Thank you for hiring great workers!!!

I really appreciated how I was able to get my data switch over to the new phone I just purchased. They were very honest and I was really happy with that. It took me a long time to get up and go get a new phone and the reason why is because I thought that I was going to get lied to about getting my data switch and they were very honest and I really appreciated them for that. I visited two different TMobiles the day prior trying to understand my plan and phone options. I left feeling confused and dismissed. I tried the Overland Plaza location and Richie and Gaby were wonderful! They were so nice and friendly. They listened to my questions and explained my options. I felt valued as a customer, and left with a new iPhone11. Richie even showed me how to use it. I will always return to this location just for them! They need a raise and promotions!

Absolute Best Customer Service Ever than any T-Mobile store in Saint Louis, MO that I ever been to. Jetz is the most caring and best listener to all your issues and concerns. The manager Steve is a kind and caring person and cares about your needs. If I can give 100 stars I would because this place is beyond the best. Their promotions and sales are hard to compete with. Definitely will always be my T-mobile home store for Sure!!!!

This was the best experience I have ever had with a cell phone company. All of the employees from the manager on down were so polite, informative, and patient with us. We were adding 4 new lines plus 3 new phones. We were with at&t and the made the switch over easy and pleasant. I cannot say enough about the staff at this store.

I will pass 5 T-Mobile locations just to visit this location. On many occasions I have had problem at other stores but this location by far has the best customer service! The representatives are polite, respectable and knowledgeable about their products. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that Im a satisfied customers. I walked in yesterday at the end of the day and Nolan, Chad and Travis were polite, well-mannered and happy to help me.Thanks guys, your service was greatly appreciated!!!!!!!! Sincerely Shirmel

Kenny was super helpful! He is an incredibly nice person! I was running an errand for my company to return a device my company used from T-mobile but my company cancelled the account so he was unable to do anything with the account at the store level. So he went above and beyond and called corporate and had them send a shipping label to his email in the store and print it out for me at the store so all I had to do was drop the device at UPS. It made my day a lot easier! Thanks Kenny!

First i want to preface my review with a few things1. I have been with T-Mobile 9 years2. I have had numerous issues with coverage billing and bad customer service in store and over phoneTmobile has changed phone customer service for the betrer and the rates ( the reason I stuck around) cant be touched !!I visited the Overland store for a hacking issue to my phone and email account. Non sales visit but Richard took time with me like i was buying 20 phones. He was knowledgeable, patient and customer focused beyond belief while adding in humor in this difficult situation. He was able to resolve most of my issues by including in technical support and the fraud team via phone. Richard also kept focusing on greeting customers and multi tasking to make sure no customer felt abandoned .My next phone purchase will be with Richard at the Page Overland storeObviously this store has come a long way from previous management to become the cream of the crop for T Mobile !Congrats Richard you are going placesCongrats to store management for having employees who take pride in their jobs !!!!!!!

A young man named Steven. I think he was the store manager helped me with my phone.i couldnt get to my Google. And he worked with my phone for about 20 min to half hr.he was very helpful and nice and he fixed my phone bravo Steven thanks for ur patience and kindness God bless

I have never had a bad experience whether its in a corporate store or going with the call center. Granted you will wait longer if you use the call centers and thats why I didnt give it a full 5 stars. They used to not have these delays about four or five years ago.

First of all I will like to thank your management team for helping me with my new service. Brandon the AM greeted me immediately and went right into helping me by being up front with me as for as the services that he offered me. Then I was assisted by Billy who was able to make my transfer from Sprint to T-Mobile very easy. I really appreciate his confidence in his products and services. I finally met the SM his name is Stick he was AMAZING love the way he handle his staff and how he treated me as a consumer. The only thing I didnt like about the SM.... He was a die hard New England Patriots fan 🤔😉 but as far as a Store Manager he was Great! Hopefully he could be your district manager one day he is definitely a great asset to your company. So this store is located in Saint Louis, MO at the Schnucks Plaza on page Blvd. Between Woodson Rd and Hwy I-170. I would recommend... if you live in the Stl Mo area and you would like to get new services or transfer to T-Mobile it is well worth it.

T Mobile has disappointed me to the point of no return. This is the absolute worst customer serive Ive received in a very long time. The associate and the manager on duty the day of 9/29/17 offered me a promotional sync up device to connect to my vehicle which they told me it would be free after the credit and I would not ever see a charge on my bill. I asked if I would have to pay for anything and again they told me no. Received my bill the next month and saw charges added to my bill. I found out that not only was I being charged for the device but they also added a data line. Customer service told me I could take the device back to the original store but when I tried to return it they told me I couldnt because it was pass the 14 day window that I knew nothing about. I have canceled my entire service and will never refer anyone to t mobile again due to their shady practices. I have also filed a formal complaint with corporate.
