I like coming to this Staples because the service is always good. They also have great deals. The store is always nice and clean. The employees are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location. Staples is a great place to get all your office supplies.

When I entered, I was greeted & asked if they could help me find something. I asked for accordian style folders. They brought me right to the product & explained the many variations. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I️ have a coupon that was printed on my receipt from a prior purchase indicating a $10 off f next purchase with any recycled item. I️ took in a keyboard to recycle. The clerk wasn’t familiar with the promotion so he called the manager. The manager said he wasn’t familiar with the offer and wouldn’t offer it.Terrible customer service - not my problem that you aren’t familiar with national promotions - figure it out and take care of the customer. They told me to go to a other store location. Ridiculous. Staples just lost a customer - hopefully many after this review.

We went here for school supplies, everyone was very nice and helpful, we couldnt find the printer we wanted since they were out, the salesman offered to help order one, we found everything else though

Working from home the last three weeks has made me realize that my old office chair should have gone in the trash many years ago. I went to Staples today to buy a new one because my back wasn’t starting to hurt from sitting in the old one. I found a model I liked and got the attention of a sales guy. He informed me that they were out of that model. I asked if I could buy the display model since I wanted to get one today. He said they normally don’t do that but he went to check with his manager. When he came back, he said they would sell me the chair if I bought the extended service plan which was around $50. It just felt like they were trying screw me because I wanted to buy a chair right away. I actually had never shopped at Staples before today. I probably won’t be back again.

Order a banner online yesterday morning. It was ready yesterday evening. I picked it up today. This banner is absolutely beautiful. The staff exceeded my expectations. The colors are amazing. Im sure my sales will go up as a result. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Free the lamination for covid-19 cards

I had a death in my family back in December of 2018. I needed help with printing the 8 page tabloid (paper size) full-color obituary commemorating my family members life. The staff not only helped me to complete this tedious task, but they went out of their way to make it convenient, frugal, and proficient. Despite the situation of this being a loss in my family, the gentlemen that helped me at this Staples helped manage to gain myself as a loyal customer and my high recommendation to others to patronize this location and business. I strongly encourage other to use this business for your printing needs (i.e. obituary, legal documents, copies, wedding invites, graduations, party invitations).

Great experience here! Michael helped us immensely find just the right office chair and found ways to save us money on top of it. He was friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. Definitely will return.

This location is AMAZING! There were two ladies that helped me with printing and they were phenomenal. They even helped me with cutting the pages too after they had closed. No one is that helpful!! Highly recommend coming here!! Oh and they’re hiring haha.

Never wrote a review before, but had such bad service. Thought printing ONE 16x20 print was going to be easy (which is should be super easy) apparently not. Would highly recommend not going into this staples.

Same as office Depot. I liked their print order by email service. Just send email to an email address associated to your store and go get the prints. Its cheap. You can also do self service printing there.

If I could I would rate this place 0 stars. I was in and picking up 2 items. But I had to use the restroom before shopping. This is where it all started... there was no paper towels to dry your hands with, there was toilet paper sitting on top of the paper towel dispenser.I collected my items and headed to check out. I was the next person in line and another person behind me. A sales person came up and started to check out the person BEHIND me... So I’m still waiting. I am at the counter now, I’ve been here before and my card didn’t work at this checkout station, even though it worked just before walking in to Staples doors. Well the same thing happened again but this time the sales woman said “I’m sorry, what do you want me to do about it?” So I decided to wait again to check out at the other station. She was all flustered because she had to void the transaction.So I get to the other checkout station and it’s my turn! (Finally) I put my items on the counter and he says “I’ll be right back I have to take this note to the other side of the store”. This right here is when I was DONE. I spend over 15 minutes in line due to other customer problems at the checkout stations.I left my items on the rack at the counter and left. I will NEVER be coming back I would rather drive 15 more minutes to go to a different office supply store

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They didnt have what I was looking in store but stated that I could order it online and have it shipped to my house. At no additional cost.

The assistant manager, Josh, seems very unprofessional. The way he was talking to an employee in front of me truly turned me off from using this location. My old DM for PS used to work for this company and would have never tolerated this short temperament in his management. I would strongly consider a self development program for this joker.

An ok store. Couple managers are good. Cashiers I never saw them smiling. I think it runs all over staples. But they worthy products.

My fiancé and I decided that using staples would be the most cost efficient way to make our “save the dates” that would be sent out this week. We live relatively close to the store off 95th street. However, the store was understaffed and the new printing employee didn’t feel comfortable printing as it was her second day on the job. We appreciated the honesty and decided to come here, to the 135th store.My fiancé went in on a Friday and brought them our hard drive. Our save the dates carry a double sided concept where the bottom half is perforated and sent back (to us) so we can have a rough estimate of who will go to which reception.Low and behold, after printing 180+ copies, we came to find out the paper wasn’t bulky/strong enough to send in the mail. We were discouraged and concerned that we would need to make a second go round and expense.This is where this Staples store earned our lifetime business. John, to be specific, went above and beyond to take care of our timeline and “mishap”. He was very thorough and kind to help us print the bulky version of card stock all within 1 day.I cannot say enough great things about John and they way he handled this situation. He is a true representative of Staples and they should be ecstatic to have him on their team.Thank you for all of your help and we will see you soon for our invitations!

Where do I start. One employee was getting some shut eye in one of the office chairs. He did look at me, but didnt say a single word. Another was slouched on one of the counters on their phone, oblivious to anything happening. A lot of the desks and office chairs are missing pricing and information. Much like every Staples, selection is awful. Typically Im sad about online shopping killing physical stores, but not this one. Amazon here I come.

My store is the location on 135th Avenue in Overland Park, Kansas. I love the store.

Manager there is incredibly rude and staff does not know how to make poster prints. I left and went across the street to FedEx Office where the staff was very respectful and knowledgeable.

I love going to Staples when we are in Overland Park, KS. Staff is supper friendly and helpful. And the bonus is that they have arc organizer items.

Another staples told me they had 6 of a product. I went to this store and they spent 15 minutes to tell me it was an error. Found the product cheaper on amazon. They lost my business. Sorry staples. The manager sucks. Dont go here.

This store has been great, new management making improvements.

I stopped in have 24 copies made and he told me it would have to be ready later that afternoon cause he was so backed up. 24 copies?! How freaking long would it take him to do it!? Maybe 3 minutes. I was way far from home and no way coming back. Poor poor customer service. Going somewhere else for my business.

Floor supervisor Robert is very unprofessional. Actually lied to me outright and told me same day services are now $29 so they didnt have to print 3 pages of labels. I dont usually complain about businesses, but this was too much. Same day printing is the only reason I use Staples, and have for years now. This kind of poor management is why companies like this are closing left and right. Unfortunate Staples is hiring people who care this little about customer service.

They triple charged my credit card. They would not refund the money. I had to get the credit card company to reverse the transaction.
