Poor customer service.Employees only greet select customers when they enter the store. Very unprofessional.

Consistently I am able to come into this Office Depot and whether I am using the print services or looking for organizer items for my office I am met with courteous and helpful staff. Especially the helpful print team. Always quick and knowledgable.

If it wasnt for the happy friendly guy that helped us when we first walked in the door I would give the customer service NO stars. We checked out and spent over $160.00 and I asked dude (a different guy) to email my receipt AFTER I forced him to take my Rewards number. Well he didnt email it and I need to make a return. Thankful that the purchase shows up on my credit card. Merry Christmas.

This is my go-to location for all printing, copying, and photographing needs. I want to give major credit to Rachel in printing because she went above and beyond to make sure everything was done just so in a tough situation, she was friendly and beyond helpful even after the store closed so she could review my order too. A+ employee, clean store, and overall great experience

Just wanna shout out to the girl that helped us out today. I called up there looking for printer ink and they had it in stock mine you they were closing in like 3 minutes or less I asked the lady if they can hold it for me and I’ll be right there. Headed there as quickly as I could and she waited open for me. Shouts out to her for taken the time to stay open a couple minutes later. Not sure what her name was but she should be recognized for this. I know it’s not much but she could of said sorry were closed come back tommorrow. Just wanted to say thank you. Will be calling the head manager at the store tommorrow to let him/her know what great employee she was

I am commenting on the self-service portion of this store only. Prior to COVID-19, I noticed that this area where you can make your own copies, scan, and fax documents was often dirty. Touch screens were often smudged, surfaces were dusty, and I couldnt help but stare at the bugs collecting in the corner while waiting for a fax to go through. These bugs have been the same bugs for over a year since Ive been using self-service for my small business needs. It never bothered me until now that cleanliness is at the top of our lists in preventing the spread of COVID-19. If you have an area of your store that is accessed by customers independently, then the touch screens and frequently touched surfaces should be wiped down or materials made available for us to continue self-maintaining the cleanliness of this area (i.e. disinfectant spray or disinfectant wipes). Side note, those same bugs are still dangling from the same cobwebs in the corner.

Clean, well organized, and well lit store. An employee was there to greet me when I walked in and he helped me find exactly what I was looking for! I was able to get in and out quickly. The cashier was super nice and helpful as well. She told me about the free discount program and I was able to sign up quickly.

Went in to get some copies made. Lady had her back to me for more then 5 minutes. When she finally acknowledged that I want there she then told me should could not copy my paper. I asked her if they had other options for me and she very rudely just said no. I then went to find printer ink for my printer and the store is completely out. Very disappointed in this visit. If you can’t make copies or give other options for how I can get said copies made don’t advertise that you can make copies and then have rude customer service.

Printing services are great. They helped explain all the pricing and made sure I printed on the best option for my assignment, at a LOW cost! After doing research online for getting the same thing printed, Office Depots price was cheaper and it was ready the same day. Helpful staff, organized and good quality.

Very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately their printer was having some issues and he had to send me to a different Office Depot. I went to the one off Main and although they printed fine, the lady behind the counter was not friendly at all. She wasnt rude per say but she definitely didnt make me feel like they valued my business at all.

I placed an order using the website, which was really easy. I was surprised by the estimate of almost 6 hours to print, but assumed it was a standard time frame. I called the store to see if I would be able to pick it up in 3 hours, and was told no. They couldnt guarantee my 4 single-sided prints could be done by then. I was told by the clerk they have to complete orders for walk-in customers, and will only guarantee online orders by the time given. I used the website chat to attempt to cancel the order, so I can walk in to a different business to get my prints done. They were courteous online, and are working to cancel my order, but it may take to finalize before it is actually canceled and I wont be charged. Online chat was good about giving me reference numbers for the cancellation. Well see how that goes.

Rebekah in the print shop was Awesome! I needed two poster size blueprints printed out and she literally had them printed out by the time she had me checked out! Great Customer service unlike the Olathe location which has terrible customer service!!!

Went in with no idea how to judge the quality of office chairs. Without having to track someone down my questions were answered in such I way I felt completely reassured I was making the right decision. Its nice to know that every 15 years I go to office depot it will be a short and pleasurable experiance!

Great customer service! The staff was very helpful & helped me load an office chair. But the manufacturer drilled the Bolt in the wrong location on the cushion. The manager replaced it happily.

Excellent service. Ted was a champ in assisting my elderly mother-in-law. We were able to find exactly what we needed and check out was super quick and easy.

The service at this location is especially bad. I have been in three times in the past month. Every time, someone has greeted me, asked if I needed help, and promptly told me that I would need to talk to someone else, or they simply pointed toward an aisle. The prices are decent, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Meh - Im not sure what happened here. I hadnt been back in a long time and all the isles full of great stuff are gone. Theyve got a large section devoted to electronic sales and theyve expanded their print shop which Ill try to remember is there. All actual office supplies have been slashed.Very disappointed in the stock and selection. They had two of the six things I came for. I used to always get them here so I know they used to stock them. Theyre trying to be all things to all people - its not going to go well.

The website says its in stock. It is not. Many times I have experienced this. Dont believe what you read online. Call the store and verify before you make the trip.

I send my documents in online and paid for them late one night. The next day, my order was processing the entire next day (it was not a holiday, they were open all day). I called mid afternoon to find out why it was taking so long and the employee I talked to answered all my questions with I dont know. Take in mind, my questions were what is the actual status of my documents, why is it taking so long and will it get done today. When I asked him to find out the answers to my questions he just said I dont know. I have used other office depots for printing services and they are much more knowledgeable. I dont recommend using this store for printing services.

Their prices are ASTRONOMICAL, but if you need to fax, theyll do it for $1.60 a page!

The employees here are always very helpful. I go here for all my office needs. There is not direct access from the main road, so you have to take a street after the store and go around the back

I wasnt impressed but they are currently under construction. I had made an online order which our company has done several times in the past, but some how it was lost for about a month. Once found was apparently a nightmare to ring up in the store, I actually had to come back later that afternoon to resolve the issues and pay. Fortunately Ted, the store manager, offered a discount for all the confusion and problems. Hes a real great guy and even let me take my purchase on the honor system until I could get it paid for later that day.

Nice renovation. People need to do some jumping jacks and shower more frequently, but all in all I will go here again.

Be aware, if you buy an online product, not available in stores, they might cancel your order after you have been waiting for 2 weeks for it to be delivered. Even if you get an email saying it was delivered, they might just pull the We have been informed that our supplier will not be able to fill this order, even though you have an email saying it is on the way. Customer Service over the phone, worse experience ever. I am giving it 1 start because the employee that was actually at the store when I called for the 4th or 5th time, tried to help, without a good outcome, because it was sent back to the phone system, but he tried.

I was searching for legal size hanging expandable folders and could not find them. I would think something like that would be a pretty standard find. Kind of annoying but I will head to another location

I was sent here for the last two weeks for training. I loved working with the staff and the management team!

I was in there for 5 minutes and the lady working the printing counter was completely rude and nasty towards me for asking her a simple question and I also seemed to bother her by her doing her job. Go somewhere else if you can!!

Awful customer service. I only needed 25 pages printed and cut for my wedding invitations that I had already designed. Kinkos had 200 pages cut and printed for me two days ago and it only took 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I was unable to go back to Kinkos because they were closed.There wasnt a soul in Office Depot besides me, my mom and the other employee sitting on a register on his phone and I was told it would take 24 hours to be done... I said, what if we cut the pages ourselves? And he said he could get it done while we were there... 15 minutes later he still couldnt figure out how to print 1 page.We are definitely taking our business back to Kinkos. Your employees either need to be trained or fired because they dont know how to do their job.

How does an office supply store not have curled phone cords? No I dont need 25 feet to go from the phone to my head. Staff also pointed me to the wrong area to find an item I was looking for. This building isnt that big.
