I love this place. Jeans, sweaters, tees. They have a great selection and a great staff.

I will not shop at the PAC Sun store in oak Park Mall because the store is filthy! At least the floor is. The rug inside the front door looks like it hasnt been vacuumed in years. I walk pass this store many times a week and the floor and rug is never clean. Thats why I refuse to go inside.

My daughter loves to come here shopping and got anything she needs that she could not afford, so I was responsible buying for her. So I ended up buying something special for my sisters birthday as well.🙂👍👍👍

Loved the cloths but the staff didn’t even acknowledge my existence.

The clothes are okay, but the customer service was one of the worst I have ever seen. I asked an employee if they had another size in a pair of leggings, and without even checking he immediately had said no. Later when I had asked for a dressing room I had to wait 5 minutes before anyone would help me when there was 3 dressing rooms open. When going into the dressing room I was told that I better put my clothes away. I also overheard the a worker saying that 2 girls had to switch dressing rooms when there was other rooms available. When they said that they would use the same one the worker proceeded to say “One at a time, you can’t go in together, and make sure to put your stuff back when your done”. When I went to the checkout all of the workers were clumped together having a conversation, and I had to wait until one stopped talking. Overall I would not recommend anyone to go to this PacSun. The lowest I can give is a one star but I would give negative stars if allowable. I normally love PacSun clothing, but I did not want to buy from this store.

Every time I try to go in I immediately have to leave due to the rude staff. I don’t think i’ve been greeted once coming in and never asked for help, just glared at as they all stand in the register island.

Not a single employee greeted my boyfriend and i as we walked around the store. when we went to go check out, the employees were in a group behind the counter, lost in conversation amoungnst themselves and the dude that was ringing up our items didnt take a single security tag off of our clothes. the worst part about it? i dont have a pacsun where im from, and your security alarms didnt go off as we walked out of the store, so i was unaware of the fact that the security tags were still on my clothes until i had gotten home.
