They make random rules... I walked in w a bag from champs they told I can’t buy a pair of shoes because I already have a bag from another store...? How does this make any sense lol employees are just trying to back door shoes say they can make more then minimum wage at the age of 30

I have had great assistance from just about every worker out of all the times I’ve made a purchase here, but Nate has to be one of the most stand-offish, unhelpful staff they have. I’d give them a 5 star review if it wasn’t for his unwelcoming attention I get every time I stop in.

Got a few clothes for self daughter likes the shoes. Got a new pair for school

Had a really great experience with Nate and the whole team great energy. Nate fixed an issue I had at the Independence Center footaction by giving up his personal pair because Independence Footaction wanted to be greedy and say my reserved pair never came

Got charged twice for some laneys and havent recieved my refund its been a week

Clearly shows on the stores website that the shoe I wanted was available at this location, but the staff never answered the phone to verify. When I got to this location of course they did not have the shoe as advertised, but the associate took the alternative choice to the counter, and what do you know....... its the wrong size and they do not have the size that I need! NEVER AGAIN!!

The customer service has really gone downhill. There were about 6-7 staff members, NO ONE offered to help. I was looking to buy 4 pairs of shoes, again no one helped us. I needed my 9 year old daughters foot measured, the girl that was folding clothes didnt want to do it in the first place, she grabbed the closest one (which was a mens one) and said she know how to use it so she walked away. A short dude came over said she wears a 3, just by looking at her foot 😐🤔, then he walked to the back and never came back 😡. Horrible Service #BeenALoyalCustomerFor15Years #LostACustomer

This is by far the worst footaction. Out of 15 calls to the store they answered twice CK cant manage to remove his head from his ass. haha hes a joke of a manager. Lied about knowing how to do a store transfer that only the higher up manager could do it and to call back tomorrow because were like... busy.

It was terrible!!! Came to get my layaway after the manager contacted me very rudely. Even though I got off work early on Wednesday to get the layaway and the system was down. Well come and get my layaway and the associated put the wrong shoes 👠 in my layaway and now they are out stock. What am I to do and I have triple grandsons who want those shoes.

It was very busy but nice.

The lazy folks at this store stood there staring at all of the people in line before the store opened and at no point thought it would be considerate to walk over and let them know they had not received the shoes these potential customers were waiting for even though their app showed the shoes available at the store.
