Been trying to get a 10 day pay off letter sent to the financial institution I wish to refinance my truck through. These people (Toyota Financial) is refusing to do so and giving me the run around about it. My lawyer and every tv station will be notified of your doings. Not allowing me to pay off my vehicle and financing it somewhere else is against the law.I have now talked to the tv networks. If this paperwork doesnt get faxed to my preferred financial institution by 5pm on 6/11/20 I am to call them back first thing Monday 6/14/20 and we will set up a conference to air my story.
