This is definitely a rare find in the Harley Davidson family of dealers. This shop is just off the main road in a quaint old shop reminiscent of the old dealer shops. It was really neat to find this dealer and even though I only purchased a shirt and poker chips, I was glad to be able to patronize Lentners and support an old school Harley Davidson dealer. Once you walk inside, you are met with a nice selection of motorclothes and a large number of new motorcycles. All of the modern amenities of the new style shops in an old school building.

This second generation Harley shop still has the feel of the place when the original owner ran it. Honesty and integrity along with a knowledgeable Sales and Service staff is not something you can say about every Harley dealer these days. But it Remains the mainstay of this landmark.

Upon arrival, there is time to browse. Sales people are present and ready, but not pushy. I was impressed with the no-hassle, bottom-line pricing. Whenever I return for maintenance or upgrades, Donna and the staff remember me and are very helpful. Kid friendly environment. Plenty of new and used motorcycles to choose from. I am currently enjoying my first Lentner bought Harley, but it will not be my last.

Lived in Ottumwa in 1979 worked construction at the power plant. they had lots of old HD stuff back then

Very cool store! Biggest complaint is they dont put prices on any accessories for the bikes so you have to ask how much they all are.

Just like being at your own house. No pressure to be found. The absolute best part though is everyone there goes a step beyond just to keep you riding.

Sad excuse for a Harley shop

This has been one of best customer service experiences I have had at any business. Donna went out of her way to help and then stayed late several nights later to allow me to pick up my trike.

Came into shop 15 min before closing. Not only do they carry Buell parts unlike any other Harley dealer, their shop mechanic offered to stay late to replace my front wheel bearing. Owner was very friendly while I was waiting. Thank you so much for getting me back on the race track at Eddyville. Made for a great weekend. Made for faster ETS ! We will be back!

Donna and wade and Mary always made feel welcome and all my family at there dealership.I rather deal with a family harley Davidson dealership thats in business since 1940, then some other bigger dealer in iowa that know nothing about harley Davidson bikes. The bigger dealer are uneducated car salesmen basically that dont know much about harley davidson bikes .lentners are great.Hope due alot more business with them.5 star dealer......
