I have been a 7 year customer with zero problems or late payments. But since they are having a shortage of tanks this year, they decided that they would choose customers who do not buy enough propane in a year and pull their rental tank. I asked if filling my tank would be enough gallons bought to keep my tank. They informed me that I would have to buy 500gallons to keep my tank. As propane is my back up source of heat I do not have the room to add or buy 500 gallons. So they decided to wait until October to send out a letter informing us to find a new tank when there is a shortage as they cant find tanks for new customers so they are taking loyal customers tanks that in their opinion “don’t buy enough propane for them to keep.” Also, we had already been billed and paid our rental fee for the year.

Went to fill 3 lp tanks sign on building says open 7:30 web site says 7:00 at 745 no one had showed up. Very poor business.

Called and asked for help had cash have disabled people living with me my gas tank is on E and got refused service because I did not have an account told me that they were not taking any new accounts until summer
