Staff is so friendly, polite and welcoming. Doctor is amazing and makes things clear to understand. Would recommend anyone to come here. I wont go anywhere else.

Friendly staff. The only problem I have ever had was a couple years back and they were using a new lab and I couldnt use those glasses. But when I went back they made good on it. I really appreciated that.

Awesome! The ladies at the front counter are always helpful and courteous! I didn’t feel pressured to pick one or they other...I usually take my mom with me to help me pick the frames I want but they were a great substitute! Very happy with my contacts and frames

Im beyond happy with the work of this clinic. I have an autistic son is 4! We in the passed seen wolf eye clinic in ottumwa. And the gentleman seeing my son at age 2 out right told me he couldnt handle my son granted he had no idea what was going on and well he was being an autistic toddler. So he gave my son a weaker prescription then he needed. Sent us to a specialist.. Eyemart handled my son with a great attitude and treated him like any other child! Everyone in the office was amazing to my son. A women I didnt get her name sate and did the reading on my son before the doctor seen him and was so kind even came over to talk to us after the doctor was screening him while we were fitting a frame and willingly engaged in more conversation with him. I am beyond happy and will being going there again for sure.

My husband and I both had our eyes checked here and got new glasses. The staff was excellent and when we had a problem they went above and beyond to fix it. The manager of the store, Peggy, was friendly and outgoing and made it a pleasure to be there. We will definitely go there again and have already referred friends to them.
