Any time day or night when I need lincare they are there ALWAYS with kindness I have never met that many people in one work place with that much kindness and compassion I will always recommend lincare of Oswego thank you so much

Horrible company. Called to get full takes plus a extra tank from hospital picked up since I didn’t need them and the driver was rude stating he thought that they were empty, he left the tank carry on my porch. Received a 116.00 dollar bill a month later and when calling they had no record of my tanks being picked up, I was told to call my local office. On the 4 different times and I was on the phone holding for more than a hour and never got though. I just got another bill today for supplies I don’t even have and I am ready to take legal action. This company is a joke.

No one answers the phone there! I have been on hold almost 20.minutes at a time before having to hang up. No email address listed either. They do not want customers to contact them. When you do, finally, hold times are lengthy and no doubt they will cut you off or need to call you back. Continuously billing me in error and having calls from Collections Dept on bills already covered by my insurance. I do not recommend this company and am looking for another. Warning: Enter into business with this company at your own risk because customer service is nonexistent!!!

Beyond frustrated. Over the last year+ they continued to bill me for supplies month after month without sending me any supplies and for a service that my Dr. had discontinued. They claim they sent me paper bills and statements, which they did not and they claim they tried to call me several times, which they did not. Then when I disputed the charges they sent it into collections. For supplies I never received! Then today they call my work phone looking for someone who doesnt even work here demanding information about the person. They were extremely rude and combative when I tried explaining that I couldnt share personal information or even confirm if someone worked here or not. A policy every company has. Including their own. Congratulations for receiving the first bad review I have ever given. Its terrifying that there are people out there whos lives rely on this company.
