I needed a cart, there was one on display but they said I cant buy the display model and they are out. I am not blaming the employee. But why does management make such a rule? Whats wrong with selling the display model? Thats the cart I really wanted.

Im very happy with the service and selection of things Harbor Freight sells in store and online. I recommend getting the app on your phone for the DISCOUNT coupons, you will definitely save some money 💰and know when the coupons will expire.

This location has friendly staff, which the location in Cicero does not. Large store with lots of items to choose from. We always find what we are looking for here and the rewards system is nice too!

Helpful employees, got whats needed and also stuff you dont but buy anyways. Youve got to pay attention to fine print of coupons and fliers. Always not what price seems on quick look. Inside track club is worth it in my opinion if you are a frequent shopper. Toolboxes are awesome. Not a fan of some battery tools and drill bits.

Good selection for low price tools. That means NOT professional grade. If you make your money by the tools in your hand buy very good tools. However if you need something for around the house or a once in a while project this is the place to get the tool you need.

The basics for any build are available and a reasonable range of prices for amateur needs are readily available. Professional grade tools are also available at expected prices. The staff are more than willing to answer any questions and provide and in finding the right items for the job. Has the feel of a local store mixed with the variety of a big box stores. The pluses and minuses are readily visble from the mix. However this is a solid store for your hardware needs.

Prices are good but they are not helpful and you dont get the orange tage deal unless you wake around and write down the SKU number for all the items

I purchased an extended warranty on my 12-ton bearing press, was returning it today after about 8 months for a no hassle no question exchange policy according to the clerk that cashed me out the first time I bought it. It turns out they are true to their word, they did not ask me any questions and did not ask me what was wrong with it. They simply took my extended warranty paperwork and switched out my press for a brand new one in the Box. The gentleman that waited on me was very professional, polite and I did not feel uncomfortable at all during any point of the transaction. If anybody is hesitant on buying there extended warranty with a no-questions-asked guarantee on returns. I would certainly recommend doing so, as they seem to be true to their word. This location in Oswego is my preferred store as it is newer than any others in the surrounding area and the employees there seem very professional, polite and willing to help if needed.

The store in oswego is great! They never had the shop lights i wanted in stock so i ordered them online after 4 days the still have not shipped but they took my money the day i ordered them now i have been on hold waiting to talk to customer service for 30 minutes and counting i should have just got them on Amazon!

Went into store to get some items I needed, asked David for help but he couldnt be bothered pointed to the back wall its over there zip for product knowledge on solar go to their website. Cashier asked did you find everything I answered Does it matter? Her reply That will be $×××××.××

While visiting in Oswego on Oct 11, 2018 I stopped by HF. Was greeted upon entering the store. Later a sales assoc (Mike) offered assistance. I commented on his excellent customer service and he said if it wasnt for the customer he wouldnt have a job. The store is clean and well organized. Good job to the manager and staff.

Just set up my 12 inch chop saw from harbor freight .with very few adjustments.just had to square it up vertical table to blade adj and table to blade square tried it out on an octagon 221/2 degrees and it made a perfect octagon. thats proof enough for me
