Its my favorite store! Friendly, knowledgeable staff and they usually have what I need; along with stuff i didnt know i needed!

They customer returns service is awful! There is an old women there, if you have a return do it in Naperville better.Is not the first time she treat people like this at this center.

This one store has 95% of everything Ive purchased for my home improvement projects. And when they havent had what I was looking for, the management has made strides to make sure that my visit is a success.The store has also been working diligently to improve their customer service experience for years now. Every time I purchase an item at the store, I comment on how they did on customer service since I have scored 100% on secret shops for 10 years for that.I must say though that their garden workers always ace the customer service experience.

Lady in charge of lawn and garden is very rude and ignorant to customers me and my husband needed her assistance and she was very unprofessional and should not work with the public a very rude lady
