Great ice cream and had a great time while there. The workers are super efficient and courteous (usually you only get one or the other). Nicole made my daughter a balloon too! She loved it! 4 stars because its a bit pricey but otherwise perfect!

Absolutely the slowest service ever. Was no line and still have to wait over 20 mins for a sundae. Are they growing the vanilla beans for the soft serve or what?

The most delicious Ice Cream in town. Perfect location right next to the movie theater has this spot filled with customers around the clock. Very friendly service, a great variety of ice cream and the cleanliness this place provides makes anyone enjoy their favorite dessert on every visit. The tables are always clean, as well as the restrooms. Table games are available to enjoy a perfect afternoon with the family and a delicious ice cream.

This place is a family favorite. It use to be on lake street in aurora Illinois. Use to go there as a child. The new place in Oswego. Is always busy. I like that they are open late. I sometimes have a craving for ice cream at night. Petty friendly people.

The ice cream is delicious and top quality. Jeff, the manager, is great! He took the time to talk to me about some questions I had, and seems to really care about customer service and running a good restaurant.

Oberweis has the best ice cream in America (and, we are currently traveling coast to coast). Get a scoop of the chocolate marshmallow. There is nothing better.

Very delicious as always, but a rarity because its very expensive.. Especially for a family of 5. The childrens size is like 3 bites 🤣Could you go to another place for a less expensive bill? Yes. Could you wait less time at another place? Probably. But, do you love all the butter fat that makes Oberweis ice cream more decadent than it needs to be? Yep, yep you do.

Oberweis has amazing ice cream but unfortunately this particular location lacks the urgency to fill orders. Every time we go to this location, the employees take their time filling orders, laughing and goofing off with each other, even when the store is starting to fill with waiting customers. I dislike going here but its the closest location.

Oberweis ice cream is delicious but my 5 star review is directed toward the great customer service I received at my last visit. I went in with my two young children to pick up a celebratory ice cream cake for my husband. I believe the gentleman that served us was the manager, he offered to bring my purchase out to the car so I could safely bring my children out. He politely told the customer behind me that he would just be a moment. I really appreciated the kind gesture and want that to reflect on this store!

It was crazy busy when we were there on a weekday night. Took us about 20 minutes to order and receive or ice cream. Not mad about it though the ice cream was fantastic as always.

We waited for about 45 minutes for a smoothie, a shake and a sundae. Our order was forgotten about as other people who ordered ahead of us we’re leaving before us. We watched the employees stand there and chat and laugh when not even attempting to make our order. There was no manager in sight and the staff was very rude. The employees aren’t wearing gloves and I haven’t seen anyone wash their hands.

Store is brightly lit and is very clean.The employees are really nice and friendly.

Bought a large chocolate cake shake, it came in a large mug, with a very faint taste of that delicious acidic chocolate flavor I have come to expect. The shake had a more solid vanilla soft serve core instead of being chocolate all the way through. This shake mostly just tasted really sweet, the chocolate barely came through at all. For $9, I would expect it to be perfect and exactly the same experience every time. I didn’t finish the whole thing, the tastiest part was the Pirouline stick on top.

I was there a few nights ago. I really was happy to try the pumpkin sundae. It was really good! Just wish It wasn’t super overpriced. Spent over $9 for a “large” which came in a small waffle bowl. Really great service and ice cream though!!

Best Ice Cream Ever!! My favorite is their Chocolate Peanut Butter... A little pricey but well worth it. Their Milk and Chocolate Milk are also amazing. I love that it comes in the glass bottles which keeps the milk so fresh tasting. **Hint** During the winter months grab or make a hot chocolate using their Milk and add a scoop of Chocolate Mint Ice Cream.** I am so happy they have expanded enough that we can buy their products even at grocery stores too.

Heard some very negative things about the assistant manager Brenda. In this day and age its very important we uplift the voices of the black community. Very disheartening to hear that she does the opposite of that.

We stopped to get a milkshake as we had been told this place was very good. It is very clean and the staff were very helpful. Shakes were average but the $17 total for the two was way overpriced. Next time we will go to Sonic get a bigger shake for less that tastes almost identical.

Best tasting ice cream and desserts on the planet. Not necessarily all natural or organic, but the best tasting. High fat content makes their ice cream super creamy and delicious. If you are on a low fat diet, this place isnt for you.

This is a Gift from Heaven, the milk is in a class of their own, the ice cream is great. I love this place i only buy oberweis for my house my baby would not drink any milk until we bought her oberweis, now Ava Dawn loves her oberweis too. I recommend this place the store is always clean, the staff is friendly, polite, and very helpful. I enjoy coming to oberweis with my family for treats too beyond our weekly milk trip.

First time experience at this location...very nice and clean inside. Very big too so lots of seating. Best thing there was the free balloon for the little one who happens to be obsessed with balloons right now. The ice cream I got however I did not like at all and would never get it again, but everyone else I was with loved theirs so thats why I am still giving a 5 star review. I just know now not to get their mango pomegranate Ice cream. 😕

With its great selection of delicious ice cream, Oberweis no longer offers many options for us lactose-challenged patrons besides an anemic lemon ice concoction. There used to be some refreshing frozen yogurt flavors, but now theyre not available anymore and thats very disappointing. Its sad because I used to enjoy the Oberweis experience very much.

Has the feel of of an old time ice cream shop. Homemade ice cream, seasonal ice cream flavors, and a variety of toppings. While waiting they have several games to choose from to play at your table. They also have coolers filled with fresh local dairy products like milk, yogurt, butter, sour cream as well as lemonade and ice cream cakes. Great stop all year round.

Nothing beats Oberweis ice cream on a summer day/night. All about the chocolate, almond coconut ice cream 👌

Oberweis is my guilty pleasure after a hard day. Restaurant is always clean and staff is always friendly. They rotate specialty flavors often. I am never disappointed!

A cone should be in a cone, not in a cup with a spoon because they let it sit out too long and all the ice cream is in a puddle at the bottom of the cup. A shake should not be runny and watery. And the excuse I have only been working here 2 days as to why this is like this, should never be used.

Came in to enjoy some delicious ice cream and was disturbed by the way the manager (her name was Ashley I think) was treating the customers. She treated people with simple questions poorly and I have never seen such terrible customer service and especially not from a manager >:( However, Alysa was very nice and fast on delivering customers orders and very polite! While in getting my shake 2 employees were discussing how filthy everything was 2 nights before. Went as far as saying that things looked like they hadnt been cleaned in months. The shake was good and the only reason I drank it was because they DoD say that they left everything spotless. Still kind of tough to hear though.
