Excellent customer service at Oswegos Bed, Bath and Beyond. The salesperson went to great lengths to find just what I was looking for - this even involved climbing a huge ladder, twice. She was extremely helpful and friendly. Kudos!

I go here often. People are always friendly and the store is clean and fully stocked all the time. Recently I was there exchanging a waffle iron that I purchased two months before. They replaced it and didnt make a big deal about it.
