Pricey. Fewer props and mostly costumes. Mask selection is slim. Store props are cheap unlike past years three dimensional props. The pumpkin carver and industrial shop is not a desirable after season pickup either. Seriously doubt I will venture in for after season deals. Last year had some classic store props, crazy clown and Fun house Awning.

The store is fine and the costumes but the employees completely unprofessional. By the way, when the time comes for no returns or changes, notify clients before paying, it is always a problem and the one who loses is the client.

Store great. Costume quality awesome. Experience there depends. But the only reason i rate a 1 star is because i recently got hired to work here and i never heard back from the Store manager complete waste of time to apply. I was suppose to receive a call from her not the other way around to work. Dont bother applying to work they out reach out to you at all to putyou to work.

I love this place. They always have the nightmare before Christmas stuff. I look forward to this store every year. Everyone is super nice and very helpful.

Nice little store for all your halloween needs. Or if you decorate in the more dark fashion year round perfect for all your decorating needs. Staff very friendly and a large selection of costumes masks and themed weapons and props.

Great costumes but way over priced. Awesome decorations as well, I could easily spend a few hundred on if they were reasonably priced. I found a few things in other stores that were priced almost 1/2 less. The only time I would actually buy from them is after Halloween when they slash the prices 50% off.

Overpriced, low quality, and garbage customer service. My wife bought a costume, brought it home, realized it wasn’t what she had expected and was very low quality for the price, and upon trying to return it was told they don’t accept returns after October 18th. That would have been nice to know before deciding to purchase it, but of course that’s not an advertised policy- you only learn that in the fine print on the receipt once you purchase. We will stick with Amazon going forward.

Went in and got the cutest panda bear baby! Costume which was suppose to come with dress with panda hood, mittens, and boot covers. Got home and no mittens!!! Very disappointed especially when I tried it on and the lady took the dress out of the bag and kept the bag. They should check to make sure all the items are in the bag when you say you’d like to buy it!

The staff is amazing. Always helping the customers and trying to help prepare people have a happy Halloween. Oswego has awesome choices this year really stepped up the humor costumes as well. Have enjoyed the store this year very much!

Awesome stuff.Rude employees.Last week we were rushed out of the store by a young lack of experienced employee. It was a Saturday and theyre supposed to be open til 11 so Im not quite sure what her rush was. From 8:45 til 9:00 she repeated that the store closes at 9:00. Ughhh sad to see such an awesome store lack the business and customer service :/

They have some really SUPER cool and neat things to look at, however, we ended up spending $100 for not even full Halloween costumes for 3 of us.

Although the options for this business are great, the customer service is lacking. Coworkers were pausing and gossiping about work drama instead of handing me my change and receipt and then carrying on with their business. The manager/person on duty had a very poor attitude and a pack of cigarettes sticking out of her bra. I had a coupon on my phone but I have poor cell service so the entire email wouldnt load. The manager then pulls out her phone and says here Ill give you this coupon but only if you donate a dollar to the fund * points to the wall* I already donated money to the fund back in September. They reluctantly gave me the discount. Its too bad that the every time before yesterday, i had excellent customer service and the workers were friendly. This one topped the cake, I dont know who put this woman in charge. But she needs to get fired.
