After having an extremely disappointing experience at Heagertys, I went over to Computer Outlet to try and sell a computer. While unfortunately, I did not get the names of those who assisted me, everyone there was extremely pleasant. I was able to receive an offer for my laptop that met my expectations. Upon looking around their store, they had lots of great PCs ranging from gaming, to basic, to laptops and every accessory in between. If I am ever in Oswego, and need parts or services this will be my go to place. Well done Computer outlet, keep up the good business.

Over the years, my family has return to Computer Outlet North for a variety of services. I bought a desktop through them where they installed a second hard drive to dump my stuff onto from my last computer, which was a great solution to a space issue I was having. My mom bought a laptop from them and they worked with her often to help her with tech support. Ive also recycled computers and gadgets through them. Their staff is trustworthy and friendly.

They were great and very professional, and I would always go to them for any computer repairs I want. Their prices are very reasonable and they explain a lot of the technology issues that we have encountered.

I had purchase a web cam and ended up returning due to the quality. They said that they’ve been having a hard time getting them in but offered to call me when they could get better ones. I picked up my new one the other day and it works great! I appreciated them for offering to help me find one that was better quality - Great customer service!

I love this place. Super knowledgable and friendly. They replaced my battery a few years ago, and now they saved my computer too when I thought she was finally gone. Apple told me I could drive 74 miles to have it serviced because it was an obsolete product when it was a minor issue that Nelson serviced in a day. Highly recommend. Thanks again :)

I brought my hp chrome book to be checkef out as I had been scammed band didntn known if my computer was safe. The staff st computer outlet north could not have been mote obliging. Fast response to my question. They had the part that I was looking for at a reasonable price. Stopped at the store and got the part only took about 5 minutes. Overall it was a great experience.

I recently sent my laptop here to get the keyboard fixed as some of the switches were starting to wear out and become responsive. They ordered a new keyboard and installed it in store within a few days, and am typing this on that new keyboard. 10/10 would recommend. If I have any other computer issues I will be sure to stop by again.

I had an excellent experience with these guys. Im new to the area and needed my laptop repaired for job searching. I had done everything I could on my own to get it to boot up (I have pretty great computer knowledge, but sometimes you just dont have the tools to do the full job). I took it to them, and they were friendly, helpful, and didnt treat me like a moron. Ive found as a female also, sometimes going to computer repair places is a similar to going to an auto shop - not the case here. The price was right, they explained to me what they tried and what the problem was, how long it would take to get the new motherboard, how much that would cost and labor, when they were available, and when Id be able to pick it up. I really am so thankful for them, theyre awesome.

They are very knowledgeable and I am even learning more about my computer.

Juda was very helpful in getting my mothers virus-infected computer back up and running. Every time we called, we got to speak to someone who was polite and knowledgeable. I would go here over Best Buy because the customer service is much better!

Dishonest pricing. Selling a computer worth $500 at best for $1000 to an unsuspecting customer who doesnt know what he is buying is just despicable. Its kind of like a crook car dealer. One guy with a positive review was so happy that they solved his 100% disk usage problem which can be solved with 3 minutes of googling.

Charged me $5 for one sata cable and $2 for a screw for a M.2... definitely like to take advantage of people that need little things.Edit: A 6-pack of sata cables is $5 on amazon with free 2-day prime shipping.

They are always knowledgeable, conscientious, fair & professional. Oh & do not trust yelp reviews...They leave very bad bogus reviews at the top & bury all the good reviews in hopes that you will buy advertising to take the bad one down. Extortion!!!

Took a long time to get my mac fixed (over a week) but I’m happy with the results, the prices are responsible, and the staff are very friendly.

I called them when I had problems with my store computer. They did the work remotely and found viruses, cleaned it up and got it working properly. They rock!

Went in for a simple iPhone screen repair. $140 and the screen slowly detached itself due to faulty adhesive. Went another two times for the same time and nothing changed. After my last visit, the screen, in their words, was shutting down. Youre going to need a new screen. After $140 and 6 months of dealing with a this venues horrible service, these professionals have the audacity to tell me that the warranty for the screen is no longer valid. They wanted me to pay more than half of my initial $140 payment. I have never witnessed such horrible service. Please, do yourselves a favor and take the 45 minute drive to Syracuse, or anywhere else for that matter, to get the proper service for your equipment. I am a student at SUNY Oswego and a member of the Oswegonian. I am very much considering pitching this story to one of the other members.

Brought a tablet in and a kindle that both needed charger ports. Took these people a week and a half to get to them. That was after my parents called two or three times. They wanted $125 to put a chargeing port in a $140 tablet(new). Then $60 to put the same in a $90 kindle (new) Horrible place....

This company and the people who work there have -outdone- themselves so far! I am thoroughly impressed! I just got my computer back today and its working perfectly! Better, actually!What I turned in to them was an ASUS laptop that was only a few months old. After trying every common and not so common method of fixing the 100% Disk Usage problem that tends to plague Microsoft operating systems from 8-10, I decided to try something more drastic. Since my computer had actually become unusable because of this error, (Yep, thats how bad it got.), I decided to install Win 7 Home. Worst case scenario, my computer would go from useless to useless. Which, is unfortunately what it did. Actually, it was even -more- useless than before because I couldnt connect to the internet, use my USB ports or even move my mouse! Oops... Also I failed to save an image. (A backup file of the previous operating system.) FAAAAAIL. So, I turned it in to Computer Outlet North Inc and Im so glad I did.So heres what I got back: My computer is running -extremely- fast now. I have Windows 10 back. (I told them they could give me either system as long as it works.) My mouse is back and working and even though I havent tested the USB ports yet, Im positive that they took care of those too. *infomercial voice* BUT WAIT! THATS NOT ALL! I also got a great new start menu and a working version of Microsoft Office 2007! Plus, they even brought back my touch screen even though I said it was okay if they didnt! WOOT!You know what they charged me? Are you ready for this? $60. Im not even kidding!If your computer isnt working, bring it to Computer Outlet North, seriously.

Brought my sons PC to them after dealing with another guy who said the CPU and motherboard were broken and they reinformed me that everything was fine and they put it together for under 100$.
