I made an online appointment that was confirmed. When I arrived I was told that I did not have an appointment. When I showed him my appointment number he said the online system lags 24 hours so he could not work on my car. Did not even offer any other options. It was a hard no. Poor service
I go to this location all the time. I have been to other companies before, but they have made me feel like a nuisance for asking questions. At this location, they take the time to explain what needs to be done immediately and what can be done later. They take into account my financial situation and never try to rush me into something I dont understand. They are always polite, professional, and make the process as smooth as possible. Oil changes never take more than two hours and, since they are in a good location, I can pop into Meijers while I wait. 10/10 will continue to go back :D
I came to visit family and while I was there my power steering pump broke and was leaking. I took my truck in for them to see what was wrong. No phone calls on what was going on. I had to call and see if my truck was even done. It turned out I needed a whole new hose for my power steering. When I finally was able to pick up my truck I didn’t even leave the parking lot and my power steering was completely stuck, the hose burst when I started the truck up. They had to pull it back into the garage for them just to clean it and re attach it. Which I had to wait over an hour for. Paid 300 dollars for something brand new that isn’t even fixed cause I’m still having problems with my power steering. I recommend you DO NOT take your vehicle here. The fact they were gonna send me off in a winter snow storm with screwed up power steering is absolutely wrong and could have been very dangerous.
Horrible experience. Paid $1600 for a brake job and have had to come back twice already. First time brake pads failed within 10,000 miles. Second time my rear brake pads went out before my front ones. Tried to charge me $450 to replace them even though they were under warranty. I will never do business with this place again and you shouldn’t either

This time they tried to charge me $450 to replace the rear ones that went bad already even though they were under warranty. Front ones went bad after 10,000 miles!!! I waited an hour and 45 min just to have them tell me that I had to pay $450 for them to fix something that was supposedly under warranty. And then they tried to charge me $10 for a brake inspection when I went to leave, (which I refused to pay). I didn’t go there for a brake inspection, I went there for to have them replace the horrible brake pads they put on. Hell no do I want to pay you more money for a horrible brake job. I will never be back and nor should anyone else.

Purchased an inspection for them to tell me “You have a magnificent car”, even stating no problems with the coolant. The entire coolant system turned out to be fault costing me 1.2k. Take your car somewhere professional, not somewhere where kids with McDonalds attitudes work on your car.
Came in this morning to get an alignment done. Waited around patiently in their nice waiting area. They got back to me in about an hour and 30 minutes telling me the alignment was done.The issue I usually have with getting the wheel alignment done is that although the car will drive straight, the steering wheel can be canted noticeably. When they handed back my keys and I started driving, I felt right away that they leveled my steering wheel. Really happy with the service that I got.

Jonathan has always offered industry leading service and todays visit was no exception. Firestone should feel lucky to have someone like him managing a store. Other Firestones in the area are managed poorly so the brand quality from we have seen is not consistent. This location however is amazing and we highly recommend trying them out. Had both of my vehicles serviced at this location. Very professional and customer focused. Competitive on installation and balance of tires for both my vehicles. Purchased tires on on-line website, but had them delivered to this facility because they were a preferred installer. Did a great job and would go back there again for installation purposes. The manager (Carl) was upfront and answered all my questions. I would go back to them in future.
Had a nail in one of my tires, every place I called wouldnt look at it because they were behind or all booked. This place offered to take a look and fix it if I left it a few hours. They were the nicest and very professional, was happy to get my tire fixed while I was in this area. Would definitely recommend this specific location.
I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I had scheduled an appointment for a 7am appointment today, drove all the way there just to be greeted with an handwritten open at 8am sign. I do understand when things just come up but still, if there was an scheduled appointment, have someone from the staff contact the customer in some way shape or form so that they will not waste their time coming to your place of business to find out your appointment is cancelled. That is just bad business and totally disrespectful period. I feel that everyones time is valuable.

Be aware that the mechanics try up-selling you on some services you dont need such as a brake fluid change. I got to know my fiances brother the other day who runs his own mechanic shop and told me I didnt need to get my brake fluid changed as it was just changed 8 months ago and would go against my owners manual change interval. Just watch out and get a second hand opinion.
The repairs were done right and explained in detail. I appreciated knowing what was done and when I will need to do other updates.

Way overpriced. Daily driving a 2001 Corolla only worth about $1500-2000. Power steering hose goes out and they wanted $700 to fix it? Overcharge on both labor rate with 3 hour estimate and on the part (over $100???). My brother and I ended up buying the part on eBay for $37 and changed it ourselves within an hour and half while looking up the manual and watching videos on how to do it.
Made an apt for an oil change and tire rotation at 9:15am. I get there at 9:09 and the garage was full. I was told over the phone the day before, the wait time was a half hour. I was going to have to wait for it to be done. Upon talking to the man behind the desk, he notified me it would take 45-60 minutes to complete.Maybe, you should keep a spot in the garage open for SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS, and make customers aware of how much time it will actually take. Id rather do business with people who quote accurately.
So Karl has gone and now a 1pm appointment becomes I will have it in soon and it is 130pm now. Here is my previous post a different story...I never feel like I am just a customer when I walk in the door. Karl is always willing to help, even drove me around while we tried to figure out a strange sound in my car.Thanks!!
Horrible experience. Came in today because my car wasnt blowing air out of the vents. Left it here for FOUR HOURS and they did NOTHING. Told me to come back another day because they believe its an electrical issue. I asked how long it would take and he couldnt give me an answer. I will NEVER COME BACK HERE. VERY POOR SERVICE and the associate wasnt pleasant at all.Edit: after talking with other people Ive learned they are racist at this place.
Karl, Jim, Nick and the guys in the back are great! There is a family type feel and can tell you will get great customer service and honest recommendations when you walk in. Highlysuggest this location. They go above and beyond and the technicians are the best in the area in my opinion.
I felt that I was listened to for all my car concerns. I was quoted a price before my repairs and it was right on! This is my favorite Firestone as they treat me with respect every time and their work is the best!

Keep an eye on the techs during service. Requested a full synthetic oil change per the coupon I had found online. No problems there. Happened to notice the tech not using the requested oil type without notifying me and I brought this up on checkout. Was told that the requested type was out of stock after the service had been completed. Without request, the cashier fully reimbursed me for the service and showed me a bottle of what actually was put into my vehicle. While the change was still made with a full synthetic, it was not the kind the coupon had listed and I had previously requested & I was not notified by any staff of this change until I had brought it up. Other than this, service was fast, my vehicle was taken in on the scheduled time, and the staff was nothing but polite.
Everything I needed to be addressed was addressed. I will visit again if needed. The attendants, is very thorough and courteous Thank you

I would just say to do research on problems you have on your car before taking it into them. I did their vehicle inspection and they tried telling me I needed new front ball joints when my classmate whos a auto technician in training told me the left ball joint just needed grease and replacing it would be unnecessary. Their lifetime allignment deal is worth it though if you plan on keeping the same car for a couple of the years. Thats what keeps me going there but they do try to upsell on replacing things to early.
Not sure why they set appointments. Waited 40 minutes then asked for my keys because they hadnt even pulled it in and I needed to go. The kid then went back and pulled it in and now no one will come and help. I get my oil changed once a month and use other firestone but will NOT be returning to this one. Now Im stuck here because they have begun after I asked for them to stop!

Brought my Mustang to them for a few years until they missed a BIG problem and cost me big money.
For a tire alignment its over priced.
