Shoe Carnival saved the day & my wallet!! Needed a last minute pair of banana color Crocs in a very popular size & this store had them. Price was reasonable given that the brand is Crocs but I was able to use a coupon, which saved my wallet. The staff was warm, friendly & very helpful!! Thanks Oswego Shoe Carnival!!

Lots of selection, I was impressed not just by the large selection but also the quality of the shoes, they had great promotions, the have a section for women kids and men, and the sales associates were very helpful. also they have a promo going on where If you sign up for there rewards you get 50 points for every 200 points you get a 10 gift certificate. I would definitely recommend for anyone reading this to check out this place, I spend close to 70 for 3 pairs of boots and just for signing up you get 50 points good deals, rewards, promotions I mean what else can you ask for. Christmas is around the corner good deals. 👍👍

Very clean store. Super friendly employees. However they did not have my size in mens shoes at all, so i bought my kids shoes and that was it. Pleasant experience. Will return(for kids shoes).

This place is amazing. My sister is incredibly hard to shop for... and this girl, Jasmine, came from across the store to help me and help my mom. Honestly, Jasmine is the reason we will be back again and again. Everyone was amazing there, but again, ask for Jasmine because she goes above and beyond and she is PURE management material. 10 stars! customer for life.

Was looking for a decent pair of just plain walking shoes. I checked 8 plus stores at least. I asked the young man behind the counter and he found me a pair in under 5 minutes. My long painful quest was finally over at a decent price. I will definitely go back after my new shoes die. Usually walk 8 to 10 miles a day easy so I need a decent shoe that does not look like a rocket ship lol.

Had just what I was looking for at a reasonable price.

Rude and poor customer service! As well as lack of information concerning their policies, that obviously dont comply to other shoe carnivals at other locations! I guess they have a set of different store sales according to everyone else including online sales! I suppose I will just have to travel to other store locations to spend my money!

Half the boxes dont have a matching shoes. Prices are not marked on most of the boxes. 30min not one person asked if I needed help. Then I was signed up for a card? I wasnt asked if I wanted one. It was just shoved in my face.

Staff was rude and girl who checked us out was more worried about her phone then what was going on at the register... Well pass on coming here again.
