I had my rook and my septum pierced, both of which I imagined would be very painful. The piercer was very efficient. I could tell he had done many of these throughout the years. It was over before I even realized it was happening. He was professional but nice. He showed me my needle being properly disposed of. He gave me all the after care instructions. He asked if I had any questions or concerns. I will never go anywhere else for a piercing!

Very happy with my experience. Went in with my friend for the both of us to get new piercings. He handled my friend very well considering she has bad anxiety when it comes to pain. Went with a friend and got my tragus pierced, but i went in for a daith piercing. he kept telling me i was moving, but i wasnt and the other people in the room agreed with me. he kept stopping during piercing me, and raised his voice at me multiple times then insisted i pierced my tragus instead. he pierced it with a hoop. my whole ear still hurts, even where he tried piercing my daith. and im very upset about the hoop being put in. hoping it doesnt get infected from his poor cleanliness.

Definitely do not recommend this place! I got my helix done there and the employee there was not in a good mood, my hoop is way too small and starting to get infected from the cheap jewelry !

So far the two piercings (vertical labret and medusa) Ive gotten here were done professionally, sanitary, and with high quality jewelry. He explains the whole procedure and aftercare with great precision. Good prices and great environment. I will be going there again for more piercings and plan to give their tattooist a try.

I got ear piercings here, and the piercer didnt clean the rings before placing them in my ears. As a result, my ears became horribly infected even with careful cleaning care. I will no longer get any further body piercings at this location again.

Initially the Medusa they gave me looked very good, however the jewelry they used was cheap and snapped in my lip after only 3 days
