If I didnt have to give this company a single star, I absolutely wouldnt. They are unprofessional, they lie and say they have the windshield in stock, then call on the day theyre supposed to replace it to say hey sorry our computer was wrong and we dont have the windshieldIve had a broken windshield for over a week now and they were supposed to fix my windshield today (Tuesday) and are now asking me to wait until Thursday. Ive called to speak to a manager or supervisor, and Im starting to wonder if anyone even works there besides Ted and Emily, because they always tell me the manager/supervisor will call me back, yet here I am, waiting. First the manager was in a meeting, then he was going to call me back in 10 minutes and its been over two hours. This is probably the worst business (if you can call it that) that I have ever had the displeasure of doing any sort of business with.They told me my card would not be charged for the windshield until the job was done, yet when I checked my bank account they pulled it out the same day, all the while telling me it was to make sure they had the card on file. Im not sure anyone who works at this company has a brain. Seems like a huge scam for them to book an appointment, making clients believe they have the windshield so they dont go anywhere else, just to screw them over. I was quoted a price for the windshield, then was charged more than what I agreed to pay. Dont do business with these people. Save yourself the hassle if youre in Oswego or Fulton, go to Kens body shop. I would have went there had the people at Auto Glass for Less had not lied to me about EVERYTHING
