These guys are the best! We have a home that has wide open spaces with great rooms and we fully utilize the lower, main and upper levels. The wide open spaces create internet reception issues because mechanicals are crammed inside limited walls and they create barriers for reception from one room to the next. So, given the complexity of issues, I really did some research to find the best technical support I could find to fix our problems. We were blessed to have Michael B, The TV Pro come to our home and create solutions to resolve our issues. First, let me say the name is misleading. Michael and his team are much more than TV PRo’s. He has created a team who are turn-key network integrators that solve the complex problems and in the end provide a simple app to manage things at your fingertips. Specifically, we needed to install hardwire access points inside and outside the house to create consistently good internet performance and speed. Next, we needed to integrate a new WiFi system to our camera system and printer to optimize performance. Hopefully, I have been able to convey that they have all the necessary technical know-how to address these broader technical problems. But I have to say, the backbone of the company and what they do is Michael B. There is a reason for consistently high customer reviews. Of course, there are often issues in isolating a problem, testing and retesting alternate approaches and optimizing the performance of the network system. I found Michael and the team to be of high integrity, honest, hard working real people who strive to do whatever they can to make sure you are completely satisfied. In the end, you are happy that you chose them to do business with. I’m sure they are also phenomenal with TV installations especially with the complexities of all the new technology. Even just hanging a TV in your house these guys certainly have all the experience and know-how. My goal here was to show that they really “do it all” and highlight their broader capabilities and towering strength of character. These guys are the best; thank you Michael and team!

Mike was amazing. For the work done, I cant believe it was only $275. He was responsive to my initial inquiry, answered all my questions, and the finished product looks amazing! Youd never know he cut two holes in the wall of our brand new home to run the wires. We had to pivot slightly due to some internet challenges in the house, but Mike modified with ease and he was in and out in about an hour. Highly recommend his work.

Mike did a great job with my tv mount requirement. I had a built-in wall entertainment center which was smaller than my new tv dimensions. He was able to assess the situation and suggest the solution over the phone call. We scheduled the appointment within the same week and he showed up right on time, finished the job so cleanly that If I would want to remove the mount, I still have my entertainment center as it was before this project. He answered all our questions including sending us multiple pictures of previous jobs so we could get an idea of what we could expect. Whole experience was great. Had one TV mounted over a fire place that required the mantle to be moved down. Mike handled everything and it came out really well and was done for a fair price. I contacted the TV Pro along with a few others to get a quote for mounting my TV above my fireplace. The TV Pro was very responsive and willing to work with my difficult schedule. They also provided me with a very reasonable quote. Mike contacted me in advance to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived, he used shoe coverings prior to entering the house. He assembled and installed my MantleMount without issue. I then asked for outside the wall wire concealment, Mike didn’t have enough material to complete that part of the job, so he ran out to the store to get more material and returned promptly to complete the job. Everything looks and operates great. Mike was a pleasure to talk to and answered all our questions. I highly recommend The TV Pro and look forward to working with them on future projects.
